Sorry I just love the fact that Megachips come out and just said this. Made me smile.
I agree with all the points you made although I was particularly drawn to point 2. 😀

Got home from work and the wife said how was your day? I said I bought more BRN at a 12 month low. Below was her approximate reaction 😂

Car batteries go bad and are too expensive to replace, smart cars get older faster.

Brainchip will increase above the current value at one point.

You decide.
Plus if you live in Victoria I heard that a 3 cent per kilometre charge is coming your way each time you re register your electric car . You can contribute your share to road maintenance. Worth considering

I keep repeating what seems to fall on deaf ears; the EOY report showed 4 million dollars in licence fees collected in 2022, so your statement about going 27 months with getting any is false and misleading.
You are correct, I should have said 18 months. That being said - during this time how many licences have Brainchip sold? Not via 3rd party which we’ll likely never hear the details of, I’m talking about deals between us and a customer? None.

I would like to know that too.

Qualcomm was developing Zeroth, but officially gave up years ago and focused on a software stack instead.

Maybe Brainchip fitted perfectly into the picture?

Maybe they dusted off their old neuromorphic project?

Maybe the giving up was smoke and mirrors?
BrainChip competitor slides from years back used to show Qualcomm utilising Snapdragon as included in a competitors list, but then they stopped showing Qualcomm in that list (which also included IBM and Intel among others).

And you know who else uses Arm architecture? Apple does to power every Apple computing product, unless the article below is incorrect. 🍏

And thanks to Renesas we know Akida can now seamlessly integrate with the Arm Cortex-M85 processor available as part of Armv8.1M architecture. So why wouldn't Apple want to get in on this action?

Anyway someone from Apple is probably going to be very interested in Renesas who is to present the first live demonstrations of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) implementations (in other words AKIDA inside) on an MCU based on the Arm Cortex-M85 processor at the embedded world 2023 Exhibition and Conference in Nuremburg, Germany from March 14-16.

This is a snippet from the announcement.

Who will rid me of these turbulent myrmidons of Qualcomm?

Well, OK, Mercedes is a pretty weighty dot, but it is still one step remote ...

... and now there's ARM M85 ...

Before we got the lazy printer, there was the dot matrix printer, an electro-mechanical wonder, and the daisy wheel nylon printer wheel where the "e" always broke off (see Mr Morse for an explanation) ... Manys the letter I sent out without a single "e".

Nowadays, no one sends letters, so the daisy wheel would be good for a few extra months.

So now we have dot matrixes (,,,,ices?) for Qualcomm/Akida ...

PS: I would love Qualcomm to sign up and make a big noise about it!

"Together we can make AIoT a reality".

From my understanding of that statement by Anil; Artificial Intelligence of Internet of Things is not a reality at the moment. It's the integration of Akida processor family with Arm Cortex M85 would make AIoT a reality. (JMHO)

I'd set fire to mine for the insurance money but it would take to long to get the blood out of that stone.
Well, if it's a Tesla ...

At times like this, we need to show a touch of empathy.

I‘m happy for those here who (like me) were early to the party and purchased stock for bargain basement prices. I’m happy for those here who (like me) had / have the wherewithal to build handsome parcels by trading the ups ‘n downs of our battler’s share price. I’m happy for those here who can use the current situation to purchase more and more stock as the price continues to tumble.

But share a thought for those who purchased stock for a dollar or more, on the back of exuberant public comments made by our battler’s directors and senior executives, some that were made when most of the headwinds the global economy is facing were well known.

As our battler’s share price tumbles down and down and down, I believe there would be many people who for very personal and individual reasons of their own, could no longer / can no longer hold on to a stock, they (like us) know is gunna knock our socks off one day soon.

Please don’t lambaste these people…please show them a little respect…please show them a little empathy.
Brainchip did not even announce a word regarding Mercedes. But it was Merc who announced that they plan to use akida for their concept car.
On top there is no asx announcement by brainchip on that matter.
Pls keep your facts right.

It says here that STMicroelectronics use the Arm Cortex M85 for their high performance MCUs and MPUs and they previously announced deals with Microsoft and Amason to connect the microcontrollers to the cloud.

Renesas is the number three supplier of MCU’s to the automotive sector and well ahead of Bosch which everyone has likely heard of.

However it seems clear that we need a motion at the AGM requiring Brainchip to cancel any IP licences not sold directly by Brainchip.

Apparently there is something wrong with those being sold by MegaChips on Brainchips behalf.

We only want customers buying their IP licences direct from Brainchip so the sales have to be announced on the ASX.

We don’t care about the money we just want the feel good factor.

I think we only need five hundred shareholders to request such a motion.

It’s just not good enough that Brainchip is allowing customers who want confidentiality to sign up via MegaChips.

We want Brainchip to double their sales and engineering staff, even triple them if necessary to make this happen.

The idea of keeping staff numbers low minimising overheads so that profit on IP sales and royalties can run to as high as 97% is a ludicrous idea.

All this sort of business plan will lead to is the payment of dividends early in the commercialisation process and who wants that.

Lithium batteries are causing a lot of trouble for us at work lately ( I’m a firefighter) once they crack it causes a thermal runaway.

That looks a lot more than .01% of that Tesla.😂🤣😂 It does not look like it exploded as such so most likely had plenty of time to get out.🤞
