Give me a break this week is not about any individual company even Blind Freddie knows that.

Agreed, this week hasn’t been good for many stocks, but it’s not just about this week is it? Our SP has been getting smoked for well over a year now.

What false statements have I made? MegaChips may or may not have sold licences, but I stated that our company hasn’t. This is evident by the lack of sold licences and revenue.
"This is why we have no revenue"

This statement is a lie from you ☝️. We have revenue its in the quarterly statements

Hey mate, we have revenue, regardless of how much extra you want.
I think it would be prudent not to spread the narrative of "no revenue" as it spreads like a cancer and just isn't correct.
The revenue is shit mate, let’s face it.

I’m a genuine holder with genuine concerns. Voicing my concerns is a no no, but a dreamer spreading dots to companies which likely have nothing to do with us is fine? Give me a break.

I never said anything about your concerns, but the fact is, we have revenue, whether you like it or not.
You worry about being criticised over your concerns and yet you make false statements, what is everyone supposed to think?
All I said was stop saying theres "no revenue"

You’re over simplifying it FF. It’s not about the bad news released by the company, of course this hasn’t been released - it’s about the 27 months with no licences sold, during a period of commercialisation heavily supported by a hefty sales team.

This is why we have no revenue, this is why we are being shorted, this is why the SP is in the gutter.
last license agreement was with Megachip and announced on the 21/11/2021, 27 months of no sales is not true if i am allowed to say so

You should understand the business model. Brainchip qualifies leads and hands then off to either Renesas, MegaChips or Edge Impulse to close out the design and get the sale. It has been explained by the company more than once so IP licence sales by MegaChips are sales for Brainchip.

The money actually appears in the balance sheet and is accompanied by an explanatory note.

You have stated no income - False

You have stated no license sales - False

If you want to make critical statements they would carry weight if you based them on provable facts.

My opinion only DYOR

We have to remember that it's the marginal few that are trading who decide THEIR price and that's the price that is published.

Right now there may be a lot of uninformed people who are selling everything IT, because of SVB, maybe more than the informed holders are ready to uptake.

If ARM was an arm, BRN would be its biceps💪!
So back in August last year I was ruminating over the possibility if us being involved in the Arm V9 architecture (#27,71) but back then I thought it was via the Third Party IP, whereas in reality it will henceforth be via the Cortex M85, unless I'm mistaken, which wouldn't be too shabby!

View attachment 31997

Following on from yesterdays conjecturing about which of Arm's customers would prefer to use a new and improved Arm V9 architecture which incorporates Akida, I reckon that Qualcomm would most definitely be on the cards and if they're not, then they should be IMO.

With Oryon for example, Qualcomm is using Arm v9 architectural license/instruction set. And Renesas have proven that Akida is compatible with Cortex M85 and could feasibly be incorporated in V9, so what does Qualcomm have to lose (except for its law suit against Arm) by getting the new fancy fan-dangled architecture up and running in all of their WindowsPC's, smartphones, digital cockpits, ADAS and other various goods and sundrys?

The reason we are tanking is because of this 👇 . I thought the bail out would of soothed things out but that was not the case. When the banks tank so does just about everything else.

If a person is inclined to panic when the share price of a company they are invested in falls, I believe that it is better for them to review the fundamentals of the company than to fall into the trap of automatically defaulting to a stance whereby they lay blame on the management of the said company. It seems to me to be counter productive to unnecessarily criticize the management of a company in which one holds shares in assuming that one wants to make a profit from their investment. This is my humble opinion. This post is not directed at anyone.

The dilemma in this situation is that cash is trash with the new bail-in rules, so we have to stay invested, but we're likely headed for a crash, so stocks will fall.

Fact is we only have two IP contracts and didn't get any new ones which is not able to support market cap over 1 billion...

We have huge potential and we've joined multiple eco systems & formed partnership which will be crucial if we want to dominate this field and become industry standard... but market doesnt give a damn about that. They will believe it if they see revenue/IP contracts that can support the market cap...

I love this comment.
Not because it's true, but because it demonstrates exactly why the likes of Shareman, Mdiddy, Dawgfather etc bother going on the crapper.
Think for yourself for even two seconds.

I'm not going to bother explaining why Brainchip is doing just fine right now, as I wouldn't want to influence you any further.
Imagine being Dio, FF, Uiux et all posting genuinely useful content in a sea of complete mindless rubbish.
I'm genuinely embarrassed to be part of this discussion, why is everyone expecting 10x returns within the first few years of commercialisation?
This is the ASX not crypto, if you expected a lambo after a few months holding you're doing it wrong.

Day Two gets underway at 4pm (west) 7pm (east).

Let the meetings begin, here's hoping many new engagements are created over the next three days, it doesn't matter how much I
personally believe in our companies future, todays share price doesn't sit well with me either and I challenge anybody on this site
to say that it doesn't at least get under their skin on a short term view.

Of the 7.5million traded so far today, just remember someone or something is buying up and smiling, why, because they know how
the wheel does turn, and it will...frustrating, yes and I will go on the record and say this:

We need to see IP Licenses signed, the rest will follow.

I hope that the Brainchip share price is going to be slammed to 0.2, then I'm buying a million shares.

You could buy 300000+ at 47c now and be assured you are set rather than hope for 20c and miss the bus alltogether😉

I have 220.000 shares, first bought at 0.105, sold at 1.59, bought back at an average of 0.7. I don't feel like I'm missing the bus. 0.2 would just be crazy nuts cheap with the current state of Brainchip, so I would feel compelled to sell most of my gold and buy a million stocks.

We need to see IP Licenses signed, the rest will follow.

100% agree Tech.
Until we get IP Licences signed with dollar figures attached and revenue in the door, the shorters will continue, the Aussie clickbait press will continue to pour scorn on the company. The company knows this and agrees, as noted by Tony in responses to shareholders, who have posted the replies on this forum and in replies I have received.

Does that mean there is something wrong with the company? Not in my opinion, but in the economic climate getting deals over the line has proven harder than anticipated. I strongly believe in the known ecosystem, partners and current licence holders generating revenue in time.

BUT - there are significant headwinds and it takes nerve to hold now, especially if you bought at higher prices.

I am continuing to hold because I believe the foundations are strong and a large, sustainable house of stone can be built over the coming years.

DYOR and make your own decisions.

Cheers
Doc

BRN is debt free, Akida is de-risked and being embraced by all and sundry, has 24 months of runway and is at the pointy end of its commercialisation phase. Licensing fees are coming in and royalties are just around the corner.
BRN's fall in share price is not due to lack of revenue or management, but due to a period of batshit crazy global events.

We can drown in the panic or we seize the opportunities borne of these moments in time.

With every global shock, the weak are left in the dust of the strong who become stronger. The choice is simple, panic and lose or stay strong and be handsomely rewarded in time.

As for todays share price movement - below is only one of many headlines around the world causing panic. I didn't read anything about BRN's revenue being the cause of the panic.

Trading temporarily HALTED in dozens of banks after shares fell by up to 75% when market opened at 9.30am - moments after Biden said 'US banking is safe' - as contagion spreads to heavyweights Wells Fargo, Bank of America and JP Morgan

  • Western Alliance Bancorp's stock price dropped by three quarters, First Republic Bank dived 67% and PacWest Bancorp plunged more than 35%
  • Major US banks were also hit: Wells Fargo down 7.5 percent, Bank of America 7.4 percent, Citigroup 5.8 percent and JP Morgan 2.7 percent
  • Biden attempted to shore up trust just minutes before the market opened, telling reporters: 'Americans can have confidence that the banking system is safe'
