Shudder at the thoughtYeah and if labor win the election, they will bring in unrealised capital gains tax and you will have to sell your shares to pay the fucking tax bill

This is my point: do you genuinely believe this is real? Can you please stop bashing?! We all got your point by now, and yes, it is in my interest for them to move to the USA. It might hurt for a while, but I think it will improve the situation in the long run.
Hi Manny,BrainChip Collaborates with Chelpis-Mirle on Security Solution
It starts with AKIDA 1000. Then on to GEN2/TENNs.
"The M.2 card is based on a design from BrainChip along with an agreement to purchase a significant number of AKD1000 chips for qualification and deployment. Upon completion of this phase, Chelpis is planning to increase its commitment with additional orders for the AKD1000."
“Akida’s ability to efficiently provide cyber-security acceleration with energy efficiency can help secure autonomous robotic devices,” said Sean Hehir, CEO of BrainChip."
Looks like they are also looking at GEN2/TENNs.
"Mirle plans to build autonomous quadruped robotics that mimic the movement of four-legged animals for industrial/factory environments. To enable this vision, Chelpis is exploring BrainChip’s advanced Akida™ IP to incorporate advanced visual GenAI capabilities in the proposed SoC design. "
My bold
“Akida’s innovative approach to supporting LLMs and GenAI algorithms could serve as a key contributor to Chelpis as they pursue government funding to develop their SoC and advance their industrial robotic initiatives.”.
It looks like we could have a good future with Chelpis-Mirle.

Well said. It's absolutely a distraction. No company in their right mind would seriously be considering a move to the US with the share price where it is, and the consolidation it would require (right now for Nasdaq it would be a 25:1 consolidation). This is my point: do you genuinely believe this is real?
They’ll spend half the AGM discussing this topic while avoiding the real questions. Nobody in their right mind would move to the US market with BRN’s current fundamentals.
In all shareholders’ interests, he should stop putting these comments in the 4C and avoid setting this up as a topic at the AGM, which will waste shareholders’ valuable time trying to get the real questions answered.
??Hi Manny,
If I’m reading this correctly, it looks like our business model has shifted back to being a chip supplier(or is this in the short term only) which, personally, I always thought was the right direction to gain market traction.
Any way excellent news BRN, keep up the good work team.

Had a chance to email Steve Liebeskind today via email supplied, it took him 2 min to return my email, after having a chat to him I am 100% glad I voted for him. His concerns if feel properly reflect current shareholders concerns, no wonder the Current Directors dont want him on the board. He has a honest concern about the direction this company has taken over the last five years. He will be thorn in the current directors sides I feel. He I feel is chasing accountability at all levels. His concerns are valid ie the unnecessary foreign exchange loss in the last quarter. Which current directors deemed acceptable to loose a couple of million of shareholders money. So quickly swept under the carpet nothing to see here hope no one mentions again especially at the AGM. Give him a yell you may be suprised. The question I forget to ask is he be willing to instigate a shareholder loss of confidence vote on T Dawe as the IR department head. If Management and directors are not reading the room by the votes already cast well god help us all. I believe PVDM should abstain from this vote. If you have concerns now’s you’re chance, management have clearly shown they don’t give a fuck about shareholders. Don’t be fooled by the uptick in small news items being conveniently released by management to hopefully cool the air at the AGM. AS soon as the agm is over it will be the cone of silence again back to their old routine.

If elected, Steve will be there as an independent director. He doesn't have any mandate to represent shareholders. There has been no shareholder survey to support such a position. If successful, Steve will be there representing shareholders. Something that has been missing from BRN for a long time. He's not afraid to ask questions (eg previous AGMs about Manny's 8,000,000 shares). Here's hoping more people get on board, and vote for him.
There is another one.Hi dippY,
Along with how much coal, I think you would also have to ask what type of coal.
From the USGS
" What are the types of coal?
There are four major types (or “ranks”) of coal. Rank refers to steps in a slow, natural process called “coalification,” during which buried plant matter changes into an ever denser, drier, more carbon-rich, and harder material. The four ranks are:
----------------------------------------------
- Anthracite: The highest rank of coal. It is a hard, brittle, and black lustrous coal, often referred to as hard coal, containing a high percentage of fixed carbon and a low percentage of volatile matter.
- Bituminous: Bituminous coal is a middle rank coal between subbituminous and anthracite. Bituminous coal usually has a high heating (Btu) value and is used in electricity generation and steel making in the United States. Bituminous coal is blocky and appears shiny and smooth when you first see it, but look closer and you might see it has thin, alternating, shiny and dull layers.
- Subbituminous: Subbituminous coal is black in color and is mainly dull (not shiny). Subbituminous coal has low-to-moderate heating values and is mainly used in electricity generation.
- Lignite: Lignite coal, aka brown coal, is the lowest grade coal with the least concentration of carbon. Lignite has a low heating value and a high moisture content and is mainly used in electricity generation."
I see The Donald recently announcing that the US had discovered a 5th type of coal.
* Beautiful clean coal
Benefits include no harmful affects in the way of CO2, air pollution or respiratory diseases.
Can't find much research on it but said to be formed from the fossilized remains of unicorn poop.
Yes Manny I am starting to get excited.
This time next year I'll be really excited.
The year after that I will be super excited.
The year after that I will be ecstatic.
No one said this life changing technology would be a get rich quick scheme ...... or did they... Pantene.
I personally believe that the snowball is gathering speed.
Have a nice week to all.
You can vote at the agm or you can vote before. I have already voted online.Do I need to vote before the AGM or can I vote after the AGM?
All good, cheers, mannyThink You might’ve misunderstood my post. I’m not desperate…just pointing out what we’ve urgently needed for some time now, and still need soon, if we’re ever going to see a meaningful SP move. Nothing more than that. I’m sure You also would agree on that.
I do believe BrainChip is making steady progress and following its path..that’s clear to me and probably to most holders. But like I said: the real question is, do they actually want to share that success with us retail investors?
I’ve seen plenty of companies string investors along, only to drop a bombshell at a meeting that no one saw coming. A company doesn’t need to be listed to be successful… learned that lesson already.
From a market perspective, it’s hard to read the signals (unless you’re one of the constant bashers or pumpers). The talk about a move to the US could easily be a smokescreen… maybe even a soft warning: “If it doesn’t work, we’ll delist.” Wouldn’t be the first time I’ve seen something like that. After a few years in the market, you stop getting emotional and just treat it like business.
It’s not about my own startup or ego…. it’s about the money I’ve put in. And I’m not pointing fingers at management, board or someone…just to be clear. These are simply observations from someone who’s been around a while.
And one more thing I’ve learned: never vote the same way a basher would!
