I'm Spartacus!
I'm personally voting for Mr Liebeskind to join as NED.

I'm surprised that the board is voting against him and encouraging shareholders to do the same... well, am I surprised??? I guess they don't want anyone to rock the boat.

I think this post from HC is really worthwhile (from someone who has spoken to Mr Liebeskind).

Mr Liebeskind also authorised Belkin to publish his email address so people can contact him directly.

It is - sliebeskind@sydneycapital.com.au

I'd encourage anyone with questions to email Mr Liebeskind directly.

We desperately need change we have the opportunity in front of us to at least try and implement some change.

I really like the fact that Mr Liebeskind has real skin in the game, paid for his shares with his own hard earned cash... He has the skills, and I think he would be good for BrainChip. I'd be happy to see him representing shareholders.

What I don't understand is why doesn't Mr Liebeskind make a direct appeal for the role on his own behalf?
He could do that here or God help him, over on the crapper!
Why only through proxys?
Is he afraid?
As far as I'm concerned no-one deserves my vote.
If he wants it, it's up to him to make his case.
How about it Mr Liebeskind?
Show us your actual colours publicly so we can decide for ourselves whether to back you or not.
But you'd better hurry. You've left it mighty late.
Less than a week now before we vote.

Perhaps he is BrainChips analogue of Clive Palmer with his trumpet of patriots spoof of the orange idiot in America.
Maybe that's why he's afraid to show us his colours?

Interesting that you want Mr Liebeskind to come out and make a direct appeal, but I don't hear people making noise about Pia or Geoff "justifying" their re-election to the board..

Mr Liebeksind had the balls to stand up at a previous AGM and question why 8,00,000 RSU were issued to Manny Hernandez to replace the options with a 25c strike price that Manny allowed to lapse (that cost BRN $1.5M). That's the kind of NED I want on the board. Someone that's not afraid to question the company and ask hard questions!

It does sound very promising:

BrainChip Collaborates with Chelpis-Mirle on Security Solution

Laguna Hills, Calif. – April 28th, 2025 BrainChip Holdings Ltd (ASX: BRN, OTCQX: BRCHF, ADR: BCHPY), the world’s first commercial producer of ultra-low power, fully digital, event-based, neuromorphic AI, today announced that Chelpis Quantum Corp. has selected its Akida AKD1000 chips to serve as the processor for built-in post-quantum cryptographic security. Chelpis, a chip company leading the Quantum Safe Migration ecosystem in Taiwan,

is developing an M.2 card using the AKD1000 that can be inserted into targeted products to support their cryptographic security solutions. The M.2 card is based on a design from BrainChip along with an agreement to purchase a significant number of AKD1000 chips for qualification and deployment. Upon completion of this phase, Chelpis is planning to increase its commitment with additional orders for the AKD1000.

This agreement is the first step in a collaboration that is exploring the development of an AI-PQC robotic chip designed to fulfill both next-generation security and AI computing requirements. This project is a joint development effort with Chelpis partner company Mirle (2464.TW) and has been formally submitted for consideration under Taiwan’s chip innovation program. The funding aims to promote a new system-on-chip (SoC) integrating RISC-V, PQC, and NPU technologies. This SoC will specifically support manufacturing markets that emphasize a Made-in-USA strategy. Mirle plans to build autonomous quadruped robotics that mimic the movement of four-legged animals for industrial/factory environments. To enable this vision, Chelpis is exploring BrainChip’s advanced Akida™ IP to incorporate advanced visual GenAI capabilities in the proposed SoC design.

“The ability to add Edge AI security capabilities to our industrial robotics project that provides the low power data processing required is paramount to successfully achieving market validation in the robotics sector,” said Ming Chih, CEO of Chelpis. “We believe that BrainChip’s Akida is just the solution that we further need to bring our SoC to fruition. Their event-based processing and advanced models serve as a strong foundation for developing a platform for manufacturing customers looking to leverage advanced robotics in their facilities.”

“Akida’s ability to efficiently provide cyber-security acceleration with energy efficiency can help secure autonomous robotic devices,” said Sean Hehir, CEO of BrainChip.

“Akida’s innovative approach to supporting LLMs and GenAI algorithms could serve as a key contributor to Chelpis as they pursue government funding to develop their SoC and advance their industrial robotic initiatives.”

BrainChip Collaborates with Chelpis-Mirle on Security Solution

It starts with AKIDA 1000. Then on to GEN2/TENNs.
"The M.2 card is based on a design from BrainChip along with an agreement to purchase a significant number of AKD1000 chips for qualification and deployment. Upon completion of this phase, Chelpis is planning to increase its commitment with additional orders for the AKD1000."

Looks like they are also looking at GEN2/TENNs.
"Mirle plans to build autonomous quadruped robotics that mimic the movement of four-legged animals for industrial/factory environments. To enable this vision, Chelpis is exploring BrainChip’s advanced Akida™ IP to incorporate advanced visual GenAI capabilities in the proposed SoC design. "

“Akida’s innovative approach to supporting LLMs and GenAI algorithms could serve as a key contributor to Chelpis as they pursue government funding to develop their SoC and advance their industrial robotic initiatives.”.
It looks like we could have a good future with Chelpis-Mirle.

As expected 🤷🏻‍♂️ another pump from gamblers etc… if they don’t bring out some massive news next few days… 🙋🏻‍♂️ adios 20 cent

We need a piece of news that renders the quarterly report irrelevant. That’s all… If not, we’ll continue to tremble like we have in recent years… only now with the added uncertainty of what will happen to our shares after a successful move into the U.S. market, and what the share price will be then
I doubt we will get any news before AGM, hoping so though. 😩

Do not despair, the news flow has only started. Expect news to accelerate from here.
There has been numerous client and tech validation events since Sept'24.
There has been a real step up in news since Jauary'25.

IT Boltwise positions >itself< as an AI news blog, but is significantly smaller compared to the top 25 portals mentioned below and plays a subordinate role in the reach comparison. The written arcticle based on assumptions from Chat-GPT and just play with "dreams".... but you all know, if people like what they hear, they picture positive images in their brains  regardles realism.

The following high-reach portals have dominated the general IT and tech media sector in Germany for years:
  1. Chip Online: By far the tech portal with the widest reach in Germany
  2. Computerbild: Remains consistently in second place
  3. heise online: In third place, with stable reach
  4. Giga and Golem: Also among the top 5 tech media

These portals report widely on IT, technology and, increasingly, artificial intelligence. There is actually no separate category for specialized AI and AI websites in the general reach rankings. However, the major tech portals (see above) have their own AI sections and thus achieve the greatest reach in German-speaking countries.

The following table might be 10 years old but it shows the sources of information that are still relevant today.... maybe in slightly different order.

Nevertheless IT-Boltwise is a serious, German-language news source with a focus on AI and robotics, which presents current developments in an understandable way and is therefore particularly attractive to a general audience interested in technology... but the article about BrainChip seems to me, let's say an Chat-GPT generated dream which we all want to happen... and we kind off bet on that by buying shares. 😎

Everything is correct and I don't want to make anything bigger out of it than it is. I was asked, looked in a hurry and answered.
I was still surprised that this portal was at the top of Google for our technology that week and not the other portals. This is of course because Botwise is very focussed and notices things that the other bigger magazines don't even seem to know about. I think it's in our favour. One million readers in this specific field is not a little but a lot, I would think. And if he can do this efficiently with GPT, then that speaks in favour of his approach.

The focus of the others is also ~elsewhere. Chip online is particularly strong in the end consumer sector. But how many Brainchip products are there that we can buy?
For the tech-savvy and those who need the knowledge professionally, I put Heise way ahead of Chip. That's why I said that if Heise reports about Akida, then Brainchip has arrived here in people's heads.

Thanks for your effort, but I don't want to turn Botwise into something it is not.
I am/was not fond of all the generated articles and have uncovered such a portal here in the past, whose articles have caused applause.

Times have changed and not only what people type manually is true and correct or worth something. If this innovation award winner uses disruptive technology to report about another disruptive technology as efficiently as possible, then that speaks in favour of his approach.
Who knows about every specific field or has an employee who does? For me, if it is generated, it would be a very good example of how new technology like GPT can help to report on something that would not have been possible before. It increases the reach and that's good for Brainchip and us, isn't it?
