I don't follow.....

LDA only get a fixed amount on the money they raise. They are working on a commission.

If they sell 40 million shares at 20 cents they get 8.5%
If they sell 40 million shares at 1 dollar they get 8.5%

You do the math on that!
LDA is paying avg of 30-40 trading days to brainchip less 8.5% of commission. LDA can pick and chose when to sell, they can play with the book or otherwise and that is not contracted. LDA actually make money from time of selling than actual selling. They can keep the whole 40 million and pay brainchip.an avg.

At AI Labs, we implemented an advanced Predictive Maintenance solution for hydraulic oil rigs using our proprietary AI engine Minsky™ and BrainChip’s Akida™ platform.

📋 How It Works:
✅ Real-time sensor data integration (e.g., Pressure, Temperature, Motor Power)
✅ Predictive models using Machine Learning & Anomaly Detection
✅ Early identification of potential failures for proactive maintenance
✅ Seamless integration with Tableau for data visualization

💡 Key Benefits:
✔️ Reduced downtime and improved cost savings
✔️ Enhanced worker safety through proactive maintenance
✔️ Extended asset life span and reliability
✔️ Improved resource utilization for increased productivity

With Minsky™ and Akida™, we’re transforming maintenance strategies from reactive to proactive, driving efficiency and minimizing risks in industrial operations.

I think this is the first time AI Labs have mentioned Brainchip & Akida since the partnering announcement.

Hi HG,

I noticed the post states "No-Cost Proof of Concept".

From my limited understanding this strategy might serve multiple purposes. First of which might be to attract potential clients without initial financial commitment which could potentially encourage future sales.

On the flip side, it could be a strategy to attract interest for newer companies or products seeking market entry.

Or else it could be because no one is interested.

Or it could be because everyone is interested.

Not too sure at this stage.

How exactly is BAE Systems Australia, an Australian company, when it's a subsidiary of the British parent company?..

Dio, this is a recently updated patent for nintendo. Talks about trained neural networks and CNNs. Couldnt find anything that may link to us. Small section that talks about image classifaction/object detection/face tracking, but i still dont think there is anything there

We've had the MetaTF EA Programme which included Akida simulation. I think originally you could also get a FPGA.

A while ago. we had a CR and were told one of the projects was to be a cloud-based Akida trial processor, so it is possible that this is the basi of the No Cost Proof of Concept.

New regional sale manger Korea-

Check out this job at BrainChip :
https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/view/4155477814

Looks as if they have yet to find the right person for the open position as “Regional Sales Manager - Korea”, despite having received more than 100 applications so far, as the above job listing (spotted by GStocks123 on February 20) was reposted on LinkedIn today:

I got the read, in hindsight, that cloud based FPGA system as they put it in their July presso, could possibly be to do with the development with DeGirum via their AI Hub?

In the light of the above LinkedIn post by our CTO Tony Lewis 👆🏻, the recent hire of Finn Ryder is of course rather puzzling, to say the least…
I am sure he is a very nice guy, energetic, ambitious and all, but I do wonder what exactly made him stand out from the sea of applicants (provided there was one) and why our company didn’t pick someone with a more technical background and/or several years of experience in sales within the semiconductor industry, which is usually required as a minimum qualification for other open sales positions with BrainChip.
After all, our IP licenses are currently not exactly selling like hot cakes…

However, if our management were to list BRN at a US stock exchange without major good news preceding the move, we’d definitely benefit from Finn Ryder’s lifesaving and first responder skills to rescue us from drowning… 🛟

I noticed Finn Ryder has since changed the wording of his self-description under his profile picture and also his job title from “Sales Development Representative” to “Sales Operations Specialist”:

It may not mean anything, but I also noticed he recently liked a couple of posts by a company called Surfline\Wavetrak that has a global network of surf cameras and is headquartered in Huntington Beach, CA, where he has been a lifeguard for almost six years.

sorry I meant a sep announcement by brn on 2nd/3rd not LDA related :) again just my opinion and thoughts of hopeful nintendo ("Nintendo Direct: Nintendo Switch 2" presentation on April 2, 2025, at 6 a.m. PDT (9 a.m. ET, 2 p.m. UK time) 🤞
Any positive announcement is very welcome, but hopes are dimming with every passing day.

And Sean gave disbelievers and downrampers a big wack with a padded sledgehammer 'in a nice way' in his contemplating a US listing ann.
The quote below from that ann is Sean's kind way of saying a lot of Aussie tech investors are dummies.
Its a classic.
" US technology sector investors are generally more familiar with AI technology companies and have a deeper understanding of valuation methodologies for emerging technology companies like BrainChip."
More familiar = Aussie tech dummies
Deeper understanding = Aussies in general are completely stupid when it comes to Tech
Guess that puts us in the top echelon of smart Aussie tech investors.
I can tell you Sean means every word
