BRN Discussion Ongoing

The company is moving forward with gusto under the guidance of our CEO Sean he has setup the ecosystem that we required to enable a complete coverage of BRNs unique neuromorphic offerings so that we shareholders will be in the position to rep the rewards for many years to come.
The listing to the USA by the end of the year is exactly what is required to take us to world stage which will bring the biggest investors and opportunities to the table .
Go brainchip

Hi guys.. i been away a bit and now in pattaya :) can somebody update me whats happening.. any deals/collaborations coming up or happened, whats this USA deal .. is it good for us and when its happening if it is.. etc thx guys 🙏
Surprisingly, Elon Musk has revealed that he will forego Space X's exploration to Mars and will instead establish a 'EMOON base' and Brainchip is licensed to produce the chips. Unfortunately, Sean Hehir (The Prodigy) has to find another place in the US.

Hope that clears it up or DYOR.

Bravo anything can happen but whether you like it or not the timing of announcements are very bad. There was pressure on sp because of Anil news, then .4 million annual revenue only, then 40 million on market sale and still that may not be sufficient for 20 million drawdown before June 2025 and then moving to US.
Then on March 7 we may be out of asx300 as well. As on date there was no time when brainchip made any announcement during on market sell off. We are continuous on market sell off for almost last 2 years.
I donot know what is the plan with the management but in last 3-4 years since Sean is incharge management looks out of ideas on sp. If you look at decisions made by current management it looks more favourable to shorters than to holders except that small window of opportunity during mercedes news even at that time a lot of effort was made by shorters to raise the sp to 2.34 and then start shorting to 15 cents.
There is no doubt we have a world class technology but do we have a world class management? I will say that raises questions upto now. Let the management proved their worth to holders otherwise they are losing it in a big way. No one wants to invest with weak leaders. Now the ball is in Sean's court to prove his stretagy is working otherwise I donot think either we are moving to US or Sean and tema is staying as incharge of show.

There is a chance of a US CR not long after listing to raise a few $ and get locals trading.
There is a chance as Bravo said of a big defence company using AKIDA wanting a decent stake to help prevent a rival coming in through the back door. Also it could be viewed as a great investment.

Just look at the share price :(

We were on 40 cents in Jan, now 21 cents :(

They announced that we might consider listing in US exchange and leave ASX but nothing confirmed.

Annual Report had nothing for us to be excited about in terms of revenue...(IMO)

You say the timing sucks
And I feel that it appears to be that way

But why would they ask LDA to get rid of the shares at this time ???

Is there a big reason or announcement coming from say Nintendo, Mercedes, or Meta or any other company that has a finger in our pie ….
To me there is a big fat reason for the news all at once.

But my crystal ball is very foggy right now

Just hang in there and hold Tight

I have stopped following brn on the daily a long time ago, but can someone catch me up what is going on atm? Serious drop in SP in last few days and people talking about BRN re-listing on the American stock exchange?
Sorry but if you don't care enough about your own investment to keep up to date, don't expect others to do it for you.

Just putting it out there, with so many disgruntled shareholders, Why not use yah fn brains vote against the move, Tell Sean to go plat his shit stay in Australia get rid of the board of management, who have only ever been there to suck shareholders dry. Done absolutely nothing to increase shareholder value, shown nothing but incompetence to say the least. MAKE PVDM wake the fuck up and show some balls and sack the lot of them.
PVDM on his own does not have the ability to sack anyone. He is a non-executive director with approximately 150M shares. It would take a consolidated group of shareholders to affect change. Even if this did happen, who takes over? Be careful what you wish for.

... and all this time I thought Akida used spiking neurons.

This argument is moot - besides, I'm runnnimg out of flat-earther jokes.

Where's the U85?

Even if Akida had MACs, which it didn't, that would not prove it is in the U85.

This looks like a ChatGPT hallucination. Do you have a link?

Linley became techInsights in 2021, before TENNs existed.

Dodgy , we can keep ignoring the fact that Brainchip technical literature includes MAC‘s ( including pre dated TeNNs ) and
continue to convince ourselves and every forum user that this is true .

So to your above quote , how about we change it to :

Even if Akida had MAC’s , that would also not disprove it is in the U85 .

Happy to call it a day on the topic , appreciate your input .
Thanks

Lol. I do care. I have been invested in Brainchip since 2018 and have only added to my position.I own roughly 500k shares between me and my wife, and some super. But I was creating unhealthy habits of reading about Brainchip every day for hours on end and decided last year to stop this as I am confident in my investment and shouldn’t have to read every day to feel som sort of validation of my own investment.

Now, as you would know Brainchip does not release anything on the ASX unless it is of material significance or fall under ASX ruling to do so.

I just happened to read a comment that was not linked to any other comment that sounded to me That re listing on American stock exchanges is a possibility. As far as I am aware Sean Heir has denied any imminent re listing in past interviews so found this interesting. If you dont want to help in the right direction on where I can read more on this topic thats ok, but maybe there are some other people in here that would like to point me in the right direction?:)

Thank you! I had a look on announcements and couldnt see this document. Must get my glasses checked… this is the right move in my opinion, but I hope it comes with a significant IP contract as it could attract other scum in a larger pond with little to no revenue.

I do believe however that Brainchip is going to have a great 2025 leading in to 2026. Just my personal opinion on how I follow the projection of this company and how things are lining up in the edge AI space.

Meta’s Aria Gen 2 smart glasses feature heart rate tracking and eight-hour battery

The research-focused design provide a glimpse into a future with advanced smart glasses.

Meta has unveiled the Aria Gen 2 smart glasses, the latest iteration of its research-focused wearable designed to advance AI, machine perception, and robotics.
Building on the original Project Aria, launched in 2020, this new hardware introduces a suite of upgraded sensors and on-device AI processing capabilities.
Compared to the first-generation model, the Aria Gen 2 features an RGB camera, 6DOF SLAM cameras, spatial microphones, and advanced eye-tracking sensors.
It also adds two new sensors in the nose pad: a PPG sensor for heart rate monitoring and a contact microphone to isolate the wearer’s voice.

Meta says its custom silicon enables on-device AI processing, allowing functions like SLAM, eye tracking, hand tracking, and speech recognition to run without an internet connection.

Aria Gen 2 can also run for six to eight hours, depending on use, while usability has been improved.

According to the brand, the glasses only weigh 75 grams and now have foldable arms.

More details about Aria Gen 2’s availability in the coming months, though these naturally aren’t intended for commercial release like the company’s Ray-Ban Meta glasses. Still, researchers interested in accessing the device can sign up for updates.
The surprise launch may also mark the first of many from Meta in the smart glasses department in 2025. A few weeks ago, Mark Zuckerberg directly referenced the third iteration of the brand’s consumer-facing glasses tech, noting that 2025 will be a defining year for Meta in this category. Rumors also suggest a partnership with Oakley could be on the cards.
In this guide, we’ve compiled everything you need to know about Meta’s upcoming glasses, and we’ll also keep track of how these new Aria glasses are used in projects over the coming year.
