Could somebody please tell if they have heard of a Company
called DEEPX. They seem similar in been able to do the same as what
Akida can do on the Edge. Does anyone know if this Company
could be a threat or competitive to Akida Technology.
Thanks in advance.

The "Enablement Partners" section on the website needs to be cleaned up a bit.

It has the company name/logo first and then the spiel, for the first 7 and then the spiel first and name/logo after, for the next 5..

Not a huge deal I guess, but a "little" confusing and maybe evidence that changes "have" been made.

Changes have indeed been made, but not in the sense of any partner that got secretly deleted. Rather, there appears to have been a bit of musical chairs going on…

Pasting https://brainchip.com/partners/ into the Wayback Machine shows that sometime after 13 June 2024, BeEmotion (formerly NVISO) moved from last to second place on the Enablement Partners list - presumably to reinstate the alphabetical order due to NVISO’s name change to BeEmotion.

For some mysterious reason, all entries in the Integration Partners section were originally listed as “text followed by company logo” as opposed to the entries under Technology Partners and Enablement Partners, where the logo always preceded the partner description.

After Neurobus had been announced as a new partner (15 July) and was about to be added to the website, somebody must have decided that MYW.AI - originally listed as an Integration Partner - should better be grouped with the other Enablement Partners. So “cut and paste” - voilà! Apparently not realising, though, that the company descriptions were now back to back, with no logo separating them. Neurobus was then added in the exact same way: text first, followed by logo.

And the same awkward text-logo pattern was continued when further Enablement Partners came onboard: DeGirum, VEDYA as well as MulticoreWare (although, whoever added those names evidently forgot or didn’t care about maintaining the alphabetical order any longer).

At some point, somebody must have then spotted the inconsistency under Integration Partners and changed the order from text/logo to logo/text, yet, failed to see the five outliers in the Enablement Partners section.

That’s all there is to it, I’d say. No conspiracy whatsoever.

Besides, a forum search would surely come up with any evidence of Cadence ever having been announced as a partner, but all I was able to find was a reference to a November 2022 BRN job ad on LinkedIn for an IP Verification Engineer in Hyderabad that @Terroni2105 had spotted at the time:

All the happy clappers here can dot join and add who advertising what job with neurotrophic experience wanted I used to read them all get myself a little chubby and dream of making millions like the rest of you. But reality hits harder than dreams. Where the fk is the contract with major defence contractor that was supposed to happen 7weeks ago. I’ll tell you it was just a quarterly spiel from our illustrious full of shit CEO.like all the others that never eventuated. Like the major contract imminent or have we forgot that one. AGM coming don’t be fools or should I say lemmings get rid of our board dissolve it. And I’m waiting for the You might get what you wish for speech. What then. The board have been nothing but a bunch of pigs in a money trough. Slowly by slowly the tone here of worry has changed. Use your vote they want to keep us in the dark tell us nothin. Easy fk them off, replace them with a board that puts pressure on our new CEO. His five year plan will turn in 6,7,8 and we will still hear the same bullshit from him. He has failed us shareholders plain and simple. AGM is coming and Hehir will go into it without one meaningfull revenue announcement. No meaningful contract all whille they spend 20 million a quarter, what the fk on is my question what have they shown they have spent any of the money on. Don’t be fools vote them out.
As soon as we see name calling, belittling or labelling of posters on the forum such as ' happy clapper' etc we know we have 'a not quite right poster'.
Name calling, belittling or labelling and what appears to be uncontrolled anger is kiddie sandpit tantrum stuff designed to intimidate other posters. Does not work here.
The joke is you dot join yourself, eg " His five year plan will turn in 6,7,8" - dot join.
If you walked your own talk you would wash your hands of BRN and look somewhere else. That way at least your mood might improve.
IGNORE. With a post like that with uncontrollable rage you should be banned.

A lot of companies are testing/trialling Intel Loihi, Brainchip and maybe others.
As Loihi is still in research and not yet declared commercially available they are really just a reference chip for comparison purposes. Until they are declared commercially available they are ATM not competition for Brainchip IMO.
Not sure why Intel just can't seem to get Loihi right enough for commercial use?
manny100 .....Going way back in time many years ago and when Akida 1000 was being initially released to the market at a sales price somewhere between ~ $15 to $20 per chip.
If my memory serves me correctly, I think it was mentioned way back then, that Intel's chip would cost between ~$30K to $40K each ...... Accordingly, I wonder what Intel's Loihi would cost these days if it was to become technically and commercially available on the market ??......

This is news to me - US limits AI transfer to India!

How does this affect BRN software in India?

How does it affect TATA?

From the map, it seems that Indian restrictions (Tier 2) are not as strict as the China restrictions (Tier 3).

Are we just going to ignore US's Ban for India Alongside China for AI Access??

Not everyone knows that United States has imposed a ban on AI chip exports to India. I am sharing a map showing these restrictions. This move highlights a harsh reality: the AI war is not just between the US and China - India is also a prime target in this geopolitical race.

These restrictions are not just economic - they're strategic. By limiting our access to critical AI technologies, the US is attempting to cripple India’s potential to emerge as a global AI leader.

I think It’s time for India to recognize the urgency of this challenge and invest in building our own AI ecosystem, starting with homegrown AI foundation models and robust government initiatives.

Let’s not let this be another missed opportunity for India. It’s time to lead the future, not just follow it
.

It was an old news. India can import upto 50000 top end GPUs in a year only.
But most of the ban is regards to gpu sales, brainchip is still a new and unexplored technology to that regard.
If deepseek can survive with no GPU sale to China then I assume india can easily survive with 50000 GPUs in a year.

A thought bubble in regards to the $800k for the unnamed defence contractor.
Putting myself in their shoes if there was some breaking new tech with a currently extremely short supply of experienced let alone exposed to silicon engineers would I want the supplier of the said product with that experience to pay me the $800k and me source the talent or would I pay the supplier for some engineering support to assist me or my engineers to fully understand the product. If the answer was to get some assistance, would I then be better off getting paid and then Paying back to the supplier that said money for the help or cut the engineering hours from what you owe us. Now the question then follows if this scenario did occur would there be an obligation to report to shareholders this arrangement or to report the contractor details if they didn’t want the exposure. My initial thought are that this would then not hit the requirements to report to ASX. but that could be one of a thousands reasons why things have gone quiet.
