At next AGM i just ask one simple thing before you vote remember these quotes from our failing CEO, The large imminent deal.The large Defence contact we are about to sign. I wonder what happened to both of those??? Trust in a CEO for an investor is the most important aspect, If we don’t have it and we don’t it’s time to vote him out. Sean is the little guy who cries wolf,it’s got to the stage everytime he opens his mouth the stock falls. As a new investor it’s not a good look, He is like a politician speaking about fixing crime just before an election,you know it’s all bush’s hit and that’s why you don’t vote for them. Please don’t listen to his shit no longer vote him out. We as investors will own 1/10th of this company it will be diluted that much before they turn a profit.He states he knows when the revenue will flow. Sean your full of shit!!! 1. A normal annual report.
2. That young Chinese bloke that invented the new ChatGPT for cheaper
3. Donald trump and his tarrifs

Nothing more or nothing less and we will now start our next leg up.

I think you've got how things played out, completely wrong in your mind, as far as the tarrifs are concerned and they were not lifted on Mexico and Canada, just paused for 30 days, at which time progress in border control, would have been reviewed.

How do you look at what was implemented by both Mexico and Canada, to secure their borders and come to the conclusion, that "they" are calling the shots??..


With everything that's happening at BrainChip, it's clear that we have a fairly solid floor around the 30 cent mark.

I've got a strong conviction, that we "are" in the Switch 2, but it seems, that this won't actually be announced, as there's no "reason" to?
It may well be a case, of 'watching the financials"..

Obviously we have a completely different perspective on T rump "pausing" tariffs after Canada & Mexico promised
to implement policies they already have. Mexico already has 15,000 troops on the border Trump demanded 10,000.
Canada announced their border policies 6 weeks ago in an agreement with Biden. Tesla sales crashing in Europe 63% last manth
in France and 41% in Germany and mention of 100% tariff in Canada on Musks Swasticars may have also had some effect.

It’s actually sad how someone in an anonymous forum indirectly or directly insults others just to draw attention to themselves. This person must have a lot of time to spend writing in two forums almost simultaneously all day.

As a shareholder have you actually reached out to the company and aired your concerns, and I'm not referring to emailing Tony, I'm referring to ringing our US HQ directly and asking to speak directly to Sean in the first instance ? Nobody within Brainchip is unreachable, because I agree with some of your comments, but your complaints, as with other posters are directed to the wrong target audience, in my opinion.

Disappointing Rudy also lost to BRN, great opp for him though, so congrats and at least we have the TENNS legacy work still.

BRN better have their patents locked up across their range as the number of staff that have moved on with working knowledge of our products will possibly have access to greater resources both in $ and infrastructure now.

Will the Australian brn stock price follow the US brn stock price no matter how much volume difference there is? If brn blows up worldwide, the volume will be bigger on the US exchange I think Supply will be siphoned off from the ASX, to satisfy demand on International exchanges. 😉

Yes, in a fast moving IT industry like 'Edge' you need to change Tech staff fairly frequently just to get fresh new brains with fresh new ideas. A change off environment is also needed for talented staff who need fresh challenges and new experiences.
Also its a way of getting BRN out there in industry. Its great that BRN Techs are being snapped up.

The fact that Nvidia is poaching BrainChip staff, while not good for us, shows how good our people are.

So it's hugely positive in that sense.

Rudy is a gun, by all accounts, but it was clear to me, that he'd been "fishing" for a long time.

Let's just hope he laid his best Golden Eggs here and is now constipated.

Hoping he leaves his copy of "TENNs for Dummies" behind for whoever takes his role.

They say that no "one" person is responsible for anything worthwhile these days and to a large extent that's true.
'One" may provide the inspiration and lay the groundwork, but it is almost always carried to fruition by a 'Team" dedicated to "that" success.

Having said that, our previous marketing? guy had said, that the "scientist" responsible for the invention of TENNs, wasn't happy with the name it had been given and I'm pretty sure, he was referring to Rudy (as Rudy himself claimed a large part of the credit for it).

So yeah, it's a big loss in my opinion, but he is only "one" sung hero, in a Team of incredible talent, that I believe BrainChip has attracted and will continue to attract.

3 1/2 years has seen a lot, maybe the offer was as they say, "too good to......"
Not a negative Nancy by any stretch, just wish I had more than "hope" as you mention.
Agree, he seems like a clever dude, so "hope" he was strategically poached, and takes his amazing experiences with brainchip to integrate with Nvidia.

Back end propagated, verticaly integrated etc etc, all these big words bandided around by management , so long as we get a specimen in the correct location at the right time, who knows , better late than never.

It's a 'creepy' lame attempt to intimidate holders. Doubt it works. Most just let it go through to the keeper.
Mostly no value added content.
Although he does have a high level of personal self discipline via patiently waiting for trade entry around support levels. WIth BRN these levels are pretty obvious but most cant wait.
The BRN and poster bagging is all part of the game of trying to get the share price lower.
There are all sorts of agendas at play especially over on the crapper.
Can't take anything personally in this game. Just stick to your beliefs IMO.
