You are right. We are in fact cashed up for present needs.
The LDA agreement might have been a condition to a deal in negotiation? The other party may have insisted on significant more cash backing before proceeding?
Otherwise we could have waited before raising.
Perhaps a BRN cashed up signal for those at CES25?

That doesn't justify the pump before this latest announcement came out.

The LDA deal could well be a bullish sign.
The pump was by market participants. Usual traders pump. They happen on a regular basis.The company was not buying its own shares to get the narket moving.
We did not need the cash right now so the access to cash Ann was likely an access rmto cash signal to those we are currently in engagements with and CES 25 participants.

There are always two sides to a coin, and that is exactly how you can interpret the capital increase with LDA. There are certainly also experts in their field who probably see good chances of selling the shares in a few months at 50 cents and/or higher if they get the chance to get the shares...

Either way, I will still believe in miracles...

Surprised and disappointed, gutted actually.
I always had faith in Sean to deliver the goods of commercialisation but this looks as if its way off in the future with another cap raise.
First time for me saying a change is needed within the company.

Unfortunately this is our fate at the moment. To be a pawn of vultures and hyenas. What we need is a solid deal with substance that brings money into the coffers, so we can drive them away like a lion chasing off these scavengers. The time will come.

A Communication stack prototype for AI-enabled ZE-IoT devices To demonstrate the feasibility of low-energy AI and low-energy communication in a ZE-IoT device, we have built an example use case, as illustrated in Figure 4. The ZE-IoT device consists of a low-power camera, a neuromorphic AI chip (the Akida neural chip from BrainChip), a low-power radio and a solar panel. The application assumes that the camera takes a picture (e.g., when triggered by a motion sensor), runs a neural network to create the neural embedding of the image (i.e., extracts the neural features from the image), and sends the neural embedding vector via a custom radio stack tailored for AI data that implements approximate and intermittent communication.

This makes me wonder. In the early phases could we put pressure on getting a massive license deal by only offering an IP license to 2 firms in an industry and chuck a premium on that and an ACT NOW. Nees some thought but knowing you will have exclusivity in some form could trigger a biddding war.

Keep in mind, though, that Ericsson has been closely collaborating with Intel for years (they even established a joint lab in Santa Clara, CA in 2022), including on the implementation of neuromorphic technology.
