The AGM is a month away? No news for another month why would you suggest this?
I'm just preparing myself for it and I don't see it as a bad thing. We all suspect that progress/deals are being made in the background and the bigger those deals are the more protected by NDA's they will be, by necessity. So by that measure the less we hear the better? I am impatient though and want to see the share price rise exponentially - sort of have my early retirement hanging in it🤞but our window into progress could be through mandatory reporting of revenue rather than the result of confidentiality breaches or by companies willing to forego their competitive advantage. Totally my take on it tho....and I'm the one who buys shares only to watch them drop in price......every.....single.....time 😂

We are all different. I’m preparing myself for an announcement this coming week.

Why does a annoucement have to come with the AGM, who decides when it should be disclosed? If your a major player why would you want your competitors knowing

Bravo

If ARM was an arm, BRN would be its biceps💪!

I hope you're right - that's the sort of humble pie I'd eat any day 👍

I think its better to have little expectations in life because nothing is certain. That way your less inclined to be disappointed and upset. Good for mental Health.

Can we postpone on the announcement for a little bit longer as I’m still accumulating and close to my target amount of shares I want to hold. 😆

The only certainty is to buy and hold, the probability is announcements are very soon. The reality is we hold first division the mega lotto jackpot and need to wait before cashing in.

I don't have the money to buy the amount of shares I want to buy.

Like I said, we are all different. Not sure why you have posted the Elon Musk thing. What were the probabilities of colonising mars when he first came up with the idea.

When I was working as a financial advisor I would tell my clients to expect the share price to go down just after they entered the market. With that expectation they never panicked when indeed the share price did go down, and their confidence in me as an advisor would rise when in the long term they produced good results as was mostly the case with the good quality investments that I recommended.

With Brainchip we have an amazing company of the highest quality in product, personnel and outlook. My confidence could not be higher. Over the last month with the decline in share price I have taken the opportunity to sell down some of my other investments in order to increase my already considerable investment in Brainchip by a further 300,000 shares. I could not be happier. The opportunity is not to be missed.

P.S. This is NOT financial advice. I am not a financial advisor and have been fully retired for a number of years. Do your own research and seek professional advice if required. GLTAH

Do you? What real response are you after? Some things never change even if the platform does.
Just your thoughts on Dell,me personally Yes, why would you have Dell on a podcast

I'm Spartacus!
Slowly working my way through this (756 pages) report. I think it provides a good overview, if somewhat skewed with an American bias, of just where AI is, was, and maybe headed. It is such a broad subject and it is so easy to get lost in the detail of what we are doing and trying to do. They freely acknowledge that they cannot predict exactly where this road will lead us nor what developments may come, but I did like their use of an analogy with the way Edison described the ongoing possibilities in regard to the then recently controlled uses of electricity...........

'However, what Thomas Edison said of electricity encapsulates the AI future: “It is a field of fields ... it holds the secrets which will reorganize the life of the world.” Edison’s astounding assessment came from humility. All that he discovered was “very little in comparison with the possibilities that appear.”'

A few further snippets that could have been printed straight from the Brainchip website................

'Edge Computing. Breaking size, weight, and power barriers also increases the ubiquity of AI and aids privacy protection. Companies are working to pack more computational power into tighter, specialized chips that use less energy to train and run the same models. Such chips allow consumer devices to run complex models locally, rather than transmit data externally and wait for models to run remotely. Retaining data entirely on the device where a model is being trained or run is an advancement that could potentially enhance individual privacy in AI-powered systems.'

And also...............

The Department must act
now to integrate AI into critical functions, existing systems, exercises and wargames to become an AI-ready force by 2025.”

They are in a hurry, and advocating spending big (8 Billion p.a. ongoing) to try and catch up and reign in a perceived gap behind China and in some areas Russia.

Also check out this table below, (page 85) particularly the Intelligent Edge Devices, Computing and Networking tab.............:)

In their long term time horizon they are asking for.............. Autonomous edge devices that dynamically learn, share, and team with other devices, while exercising intelligent data collection, exploitation, and retention, mastery of domain-specific physical manipulation.

Not quite sure what all that means but a good deal of it sounds somewhat familiar to me, and it's interesting to note the key challenges that they note relate to............................ Network limitation; size, weight, and power (SWaP)...................:)
Will keep reading.....:)
