Interesting how Chris Stevens calls it Akida 2.0 but it seems in general Brainchip like to call their new platform Second-Generation Akida. Maybe there's no real official way of naming them, not sure.

I believe the official name is Akida 2.0,
and it's the Second-Generation of the Akida family. So in essence. It's both seem the same to me. (Just like 'second born' or call him 'John').
I hope that's help.
