He (Francois) may not be telling the whole truth. He could be using a chip manufactured by someone other than Brainchip directly (eg NVidia). That chip could have Akida IP embedded in it but can’t say it has because we are not to know Nvidia has a known partnership with Brainchip. Thoughts?Mercedes is though
I wouldn’t take note of that comment, I wrote some highlights of akida and mentioned that it’s the only commercially available neuromorphic IP and I also mentioned that it’s in the EQXX and he privately messaged me to say and I quote-
“Because you keep misleading people about my activities, you will be blocked today”
Now what did I say about akida that is misleading to his followers?? That akida has one-shot learning? On-chip learning? On-chip convolution? It’s scalable? It’s the only one commercially available now?
Unless I’ve told a lie which in fact Brainchip in that case would be telling a lie then he can say no all he wants, I also haven’t seen anybody challenge Brainchip on all these claims that they keep making about being the first, the only, and the best.
So Mr Francois better call Brainchip and tell them to take down the Mercedes logo off the website as Brainchip isn’t trusted by Mercedes anymore and that they’ve found a cheaper, more reliable more lower power solution to their problems.
Matter of fact before Chris stephens of Brainchip was employed by Brainchip, he wasn’t a contact of Francois, but with Anil so confidently commenting on Francois post, having Anil Mankar, Todd Vierra, Chris Stephens and Nandan all contacts (maybe others) then I will continue to believe that Brainchip are the AI experts that is x10 more efficient than anything else that’s out there!

It goes into new understandings about the reasons and mechanisms around forgetting which it turns out are as necessary to our brains healthy functioning and memory “sculpting” as our ability to form memories initially.
Nothing specifically about our wonderful company but a good primer on an aspect of our functioning which is often overlooked.
The first 15 minutes is devoted to this subject but the rest of the program is interesting enough too on a lazy Boxing Day arvo.

Ahhh... the age old WANCA narrative ("this company is going nowhere until revenue hits"). Obviously substantial revenue will be great when it comes, but at this early stage, only a WANCA would discount the value of everything that's happening behind the scenes (partnerships, expo demos, customer reveals...) to set this up onto its revenue generating legs.
Unfortunately though, most of the market / holders will be WANCA's, and from a WANCA's perspective, it will take too much time and effort to properly understand what they are invested in.
Hope everyone is enjoying the holiday period. Even the WANCA's. Go straya!!

This companies SHARE PRICE is going nowhere IN THIS MARKET until revenue hits.
Only true Wanca's twist other people's words to suit their narrative.

I do not see much point in elevating this fellow beyond random poster with an Intel axe to grind.
He clearly has an issue with Intel and blames everything on Intel management not being engineers.
He was with Intel for many years no doubt being outspoken about how things should be done and feeling that if only they would listen to him every problem under the Intel sun would have been avoided.
When you read more about him he does seem to be a Von Neumann man from way back and while at Intel I think he possibly felt aggrieved about the prominence and money ploughed into Mike Davies Loihi mission.
When you read his exact words he simply said “I” am not using AKIDA. This is most likely true.
He is not on an official Mercedes Benz platform he is on his own private LikedIn account.
So the fact that he personally is not using AKIDA is of no particular interest.
He spends a great deal of time promoting LoRaWan and its community group under the LoRa Alliance which has multiple industry partners one being Edge Impulse.
He even has a blog where he gets stuck into Apple and not trusting its benchmarking of M1.
He does not deserve the time being devoted to him in my opinion.
