Think we all realise that the most effective way to stop a fall or manipulation etc like this is for a solid Company Ann on new licence or agreement or similar.

Something with tangible $ attached to it.

If Companies are aware of target bear reports or potential bear raid, short and distort campaigns they can call a TH to respond however I personally haven't seen any actual specific BRN targeted bear reports put at the moment?

Not implying the Company has an obligation to manufacture Anns or halts to appease SH as they definitely shouldnt.

However we are easy targets when regulatory postive newsflow / Anns is lacking (is what it is on that) or that revenue is still realistically a trickle yet to be that waterfall soon.

Big difference when a stock is been artificial held down by illegal coordinated short campaigns and trading bots. It stifles organic growth. Though the company only has itself to blame here imo, as they do sweet FA to invigorate investors. Podcasts and LinkedIn posts don’t stimulate a SP, revenue and evidence of further commercialisation does:

I want to know:

- What revenue they are expecting in the coming 4 quarters based on current contracts?
- How many companies remain in the EAP (which started more than 2 years ago)?
- How many started out for that matter (specifically, not just a couple of dozen)?
- How far progressed are they into their testing?
- Who are the current top 20 holders?

2022 was promised to me a huge year for Brainchip, but let’s be honest - it’s been piss poor. Other than Mercedes (which I believe was last year) we’ve heard nothing. Revenue is still shit. Shareholder engagement is shocking. I understand we have NDA, but imo the above information would’nt breach anything. He’ll, I’ve heard more form Mercedes directly than I’ve heard from the company which I have loyally supported for the past few years.

My patience is running thin.

For what its worth, I've always asked myself why wouldn't we be a hostile acquisition target - if our tech lead is so great & getting greater

& I also have a question mark over that talk of expanding the board (how many, when and why)

Great questions, have said before that documenting the BRN pathway to commercialisation and revenue’s is a baseline management discipline and accountability - and this was a CEO priority on his appointment. No harm in asking good questions!
