BET Discussion 2022

I think the biggest question you could ask yourself is……….do you think the share price will double from here?……….I answered ‘YES’ to that question…….so I buy more.
What will the SP be when 100M shorts are bought back? I'd say at least triple. Even if you have to wait a year or two its still a great return!

My concern is that the majority of these shares will never be purchased back on market and the damage has been done.

Can anyone share any insights into what new revenue streams they anticipate will come onboard during the rest of 2022?

New revenue streams have kept popping up. Surely shorter would eventually find something overhyped to short and move on and whoever is trying to buy in lower has had their fill.

The wall at $0.45 held yesterday - hopefully if there are enough buyers at that level then shorts will get bored and move on.

Caesers- supply parimutuel services to them by end of July.
A few more Aust bookies sign up to our white label platform
The new NTD sports book should be live before spring racing carnival
NJ sports books including the Monmouth park app
Maybe something with Colorado (but not a big market).

I’m sure there will be some partnerships that will come out of the wood work that we weren’t expecting.

The RAAS update research from March is a good basis to start any revenue discussions……..the report does not include revenue from the ‘New Venture’ or Century Casinos and Racetracks………..I still believe we will crack the $100M revenue for this FY.
If we get the $5M from BetR then there is a good chance. As I thought we were looking at about 90M before this?

What do you think about the RaaS update with revenue projections of FY 2022 - $93M…….FY 2023 - $125M…..FY 2024 - $163M

We know we can add $20M & $22M to FY23 -24 for the News/Trip/Tekkorp venture……….I am sure RaaS has not included this in their update.

………so much to look forward to when it comes to potential agreements on the global scale……Norway is a great example of Global Tote expanding its service provided to an existing customers………..Monmouth Park having their own online wagering site gives guidance to other racetracks as to what can be achieved by going with an industry leader in BetMakers.
Yeah seems way too low.
You wonder how long the MC can stay around $300M (if you take off the $ in the bank) with that kind of revenue, revenue growth and margins.

Makes me think that someone doesn’t like that NY will not look at FO until next years legislative sessions……….any thoughts @Lattelarry

no patience!
Yeah maybe just general impatience. Everything going slower than first hoped - which is not unusual.
BET has fingers in a lot of pies now though - so even though NY has been delayed a year - given everything else its probably a good thing for BET as I'm sure there is only so much they can be doing.
I'm hoping we get a trading update mid July if not we should get 4C end of July and can work out annual results from that.
Either way FY23 should be pretty huge with everything thats been happening.
There are plenty of companies around with $100M+ market caps and only a couple of mil in revenue so I feel we will have to re-rate at some point.

Maybe the dump into .45c today was also because RaaS did not mention the ”BetR” venture……..did this spook the nervous?

or Tabcorp have said they are developing a new app……..I don’t think BET will be involved in that as TAB are too old school and will go it alone as they are too arrogant in their monopoly thinking…..Thoughts anyone?
Got to agree that the Raas report has highlighted just how far Bet can go in the U.S. the potential is huge but only accounts for 70c of the $2 they value the company at. So the rest of the world accounts for the remainder and we haven't got in bed with Sth Africa, Japan and Hong Kong, that i am aware of, to name a few so the scope is enormous.
I think we have quarterlies out soon maybe Mr Market will take notice and give the share price a kick on.

I did read that aswell Reg- TAB have a new app under development and a new national wagering technology platform that will provide a better customer experience and allow Tabcorp to develop new products much faster than the past. The announcement when Tabcorp said they were progressing a demerger they said they would continue to work with BET on international opportunities https://cdn-api.markitdigital.com/a...access_token=83ff96335c2d45a094df02a206a39ff4
However when I asked Todd in the webinar 2 months ago he said nothing was progressing with Tabcorp so would not think nothing has eventuated in the last 2 months. I remember Tripp saying in the media that TAB need a tech overhaul. I think Tripp will enjoy the competition and will look forward to taking market share away from the jolly green giant, once Betr is up and running.

Thanks @ScottBET,

I love this part……..”We are forecasting fixed-odds horse wagering to grow to US$64b by its 10th year in operation, which equates to a cumulative total of US$149b, with BET’s technology touching 36% of the handle.”

Load the Truck Up…
I don’t like the part that the two analysts are share holders.

I know BET pay RaaS for the research analysis but they give RaaS an in-depth look at the future potential and then RaaS dress it up nicely……it’s still a good basis for discussion imo
Yep still a great report to stop all us holders from going crazy. Asking the questions day after day. What are we not seeing here? Etc

They probably want to differentiate themselves from BetR and not use the same tech.
It will be interesting to see if they can actually deliver something modern.

This was all part of the plan from the Tabcorp bid, Tabcorp would be a little worried as it is not often that the Murdoch’s don’t get what they want. I see they also say the launch of the bookmaker is imminent and should be in the next month- they must be happy with progress if this is the case.
