A step in the right direction ....... pretty much exactly what they said they would do.
Good to see Chan gone, he provided next to nothing.

Biggest news might be .... they looked to have sacked lovely Jane!!! Got some proper IR help in.

Yeah Davey probably saw he wasn't contributing anything.

I think Jake should either go or move back to COO. Get someone with much more experience and maybe an MBA.

What was so bad about him if I may ask?

Sometimes, not always, the most experienced is not the most talented and driven in a space like this

His resume and experience is very limited.
We've now had 2 years of his leadership and the share price has gone from above $0.2 to $0.1 and refuses to move.
Growth is low - although it upticked to 15% recently. For a company of this size and lifecycle this is very low growth.
Revenue is only going to be around $90m. Have been waiting years for them to get it above $100m - thought they would have done this at least 2 years ago, if not 3 (although thats not his fault), but he should have had it there by now.

This is hardly good performance:

Davey should have sacked Bucko. Not sure if he should have sacked Jake too or just brought in an experienced CEO who knows how to grow a business.
They have done a good job getting costs under control but it hasn't improved things for investors except maybe preventing further loss.

Are you happy with a CEO who in the last 2 years has delivered a 50% drop in share price?
