Off topic but a bit tongue in cheek for a Friday funny…

Anyone else in RNU? Progressing nicely. Has a couple of benefits compared to AVZ…..

- Not in DRC
- Sheep as neighbours not Chinese with brown paper snack bags
- CEO is allowed in same country as asset
- Listed and trading on the ASX
- Doesn’t have multiple legal battles underway
- Australian government is actually interested in supporting

That’s a good start, but they also have some graphite and maybe even uranium and copper 😂

Welcome to the peace and tranquility of a sensible forum tolate. I don’t know how you are able to post after a permanent ban, but never mind, you’re here again

You say you have BEEN very BUSY

Well we have BEEN very BUSY too, having had a massive attack by a particular idiotic troll and his 50 or more altar ego’s, so we have a plan in place for when obvious trolls turn up here.

We have a closed conversation called Zero Trolls, which was set up during the attacks by Yaseen (you’ll know him as oh really on HC) This is invitation only, and we tried to include everyone who we thought were credible contributors/readers.

We closed this conversation when the Administrator got rid of all Yaseen's idiots (but he missed a few, who are still here, pretending to be nice) and everyone came back to this thread.

It has recently deteriorated once again as new trolls slowly try to infiltrate with their net negative undermining of AVZ, but your return could well be a tipping point to reinstate the Zero Trolls

We’ll have a bit of a think about it, but in the meantime best you fuck off back to your happy place

If not there will only be you, a few other trolls, and the 75 new names set up as sleepers since June, left on this thread

I’m getting on board with the not trusting Kobald as far as we could kick them train. Haven’t seen discussed on here yet, is there a chance that with their “technology” (ie resource AI scanning some shit) they’ll try and stitch us and determine pegmatite around the borders of our mining area and get license for there, and try and avoid paying us out? I.e instead of paying us $12bn they’ll dig deeper in a shitter area nearby that may ultimately prove more financially attractive given they don’t have to pay us?

Edit: happy to delete this , but trying to to see all angles of the pricks attack
One would think if KOBOLD rat fucked us that way, US / AUS relations would be strained to say the least, ....but in ALBOS case he probably would lick TRUMPS balls......

AVZ slams Congo-KoBold deal over disputed lithium project

AVZ argues the new KoBold agreement violates ICSID orders, undermining international legal proceedings and raising concerns about Congo’s respect for arbitration rulings.

It goes like this ...imo..! ITS called IMMUNITY
However, investors who seek to go further and to execute upon their investment arbitration awards should be aware that their ability to do so may be affected by a separate immunity against execution that is available to foreign States under the Immunities Act.

Investors will need to establish an exception to this immunity (such as executing against commercial property of the foreign State) in order to successfully recover against an investment arbitration award made against a foreign State.
Fark me, I gotta admit .....trying to keep up with your post regularity is really challenging, i am getting tired real quick...........hey dude, just wondering, do you get sick and tired dribbling shit 40 posts a day at HC and here ?

you dont have to reply, just a thought i had....

Well suck me sideways.
Confirmed there are 2 offers on the table now.
And if any of the other rumours about the Sandy Saudis being true it could be an auction.

Just for fun I thought I would use my own artificial intelligence based on several years of ingesting magic mushrooms and watching this unfold over the last four years

Here’s what I came up with 🤷🏻‍♂️

31/07/2025 (3 Member panel valuation)
- Nigel nominee (DLA)
- US$9.5billion

- KoBold nominee (Stooges)
- AU$0.01c per share

- Independent nominee (W. Nut)
- US$12.00 per share

Mid-August 2025 (Valuation Report)
- US$15.00 per share

Permit Issuance To KoBold
- Escrow 40% cash to AVZ disappears from Rawbank account

DRC Endorse Ministerial Tranche
- 60% to Kizito Pakobomba, C. Kibeya Kabemba, Lisette Kabamba, David E’ngazi

5% Permit Issuing Bonus
- To Kizito Pakobomba, C. Kibeya Kabemba, Lisette Kabamba, David E’ngazi

10% Discovery Bonus
- To Zijin

AVZ Qualifies For ICC and ICSID To Award AVZ Damages

If anyone is having trouble with my reasoning, you probably need to watch this 👇

It is called NI ... natural intelligence.

My research come across this just for others...!

At DRC's capital, government officials and KoBold executives convened in July to formalize a preliminary exploration accord, with President Félix Tshisekedi present for the signing.

The agreement, executed by Minister of Mines Kizito Pakabomba and KoBold DRC director Benjamin Katabuka, outlined a commitment to digitalize national geological datasets, initiate lithium-focused activity at Manono, and apply AI-enabled prospecting tools across broader mineral-rich regions.

The agreement, executed by Minister of Mines Kizito Pakabomba and KoBold DRC director Benjamin Katabuka, outlined a commitment to digitalize national geological datasets, initiate lithium-focused activity at Manono, and apply AI-enabled prospecting tools across broader mineral-rich regions.

Australia's AVZ Minerals has formally challenged the agreement, citing a breach of an International Centre for Settlement and Investment Disputes (ICSID) tribunal's interim order – specifically concerning Congolese commitments made in January 2024 to recognize AVZ's subsidiary, Dathcom, as the legitimate permit holder for the southern Manono deposit. AVZ argues the KoBold deal violates those terms.

While the DRC government did not immediately respond to AVZ's claim, Reuters reported that Kinshasa has committed to supporting KoBold's acquisition of the Manono tranche known as Roche Dure, effectively naming KoBold as the preferred strategic partner to resolve the longstanding impasse.

The Democratic Republic of Congo has signed a framework agreement with American mining firm KoBold Metals to explore critical mineral resources across the country. The signing took place Thursday in Kinshasa, in the presence of President Félix Tshisekedi.

KoBold Metals, which is backed by billionaires Jeff Bezos and Bill Gates, plans to invest more than one billion dollars in the DRC's mining sector. The company’s initial focus is the Manono lithium deposit, considered one of the largest in the world. Lithium is a key component in batteries and green energy technologies, making it highly strategic for global markets.

Beyond Manono, KoBold will launch a large-scale mineral exploration program across the country, using advanced technology to identify high-value deposits. The agreement includes plans to digitize the DRC’s geological archives, currently held at the Royal Museum for Central Africa in Belgium. KoBold also intends to apply for exploration permits covering more than 1,600 square kilometers before July 31, 2025.
