I might point out that;

1. The primary American law that governs how U.S. companies conduct business abroad—especially concerning ethical behavior and anti-corruption—is the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).

American companies need to comply with the above law and also the rulings of the ICSID which is based in Washington and is part of the World Bank.

This, in my opinion, translates into all litigation initiated by AVZ needs to be settled. And no, I don't want a fair price I want additional compensation for lost opportunity, pain and suffering to be included.

As things drag on the Lithium Price continues to recover so I am tolerant of the fact that this may drag on a little.

Zijin and Cominiere can get absolutely fucked IMO, They stole half the deposit and our hydro facility not to mention put us in this shitshow in the first place.
Maybe a deal with Kobold makes the scum of Cominiere untouchable. Zijin who instigated and facilitated the theft should be brought to justice. Fuckers!

Who-ever was asking why DRC won’t acknowledge AVZ as the entity that has done all the work, and has rights, it’s actually pretty fucking obvious. We have an ICSID arbitration case against them seeking enforcement of our rights to a mining licence, which they are still defending

Yes — on February 10, 2025, President Trump issued Executive Order 14209, titled “Pausing Foreign Corrupt Practices Act Enforcement to Further American Economic and National Security.” This order directed the Department of Justice (DOJ) to halt all new FCPA investigations and enforcement actions for an initial 180 days.

The key word is "pause". For a more permanent outcome it would need to goto the Congress I believe.
