So now those fucking grubs want to sue because they couldn't exploit us with their shitful loan terms after fucking us around for months.

DB's X post says "This win confirms AVZ now legally holds at least 70% of the company that owns PR13359 ...the mining licence for the world-class Manono Lithium & Tin Project."

Not according to CAMI. CAMI reckons they've given it to Cominere. So once we've got our correct share of Dathcom sorted, we've still got to get the grubs to admit Dathcom has the rights to PR13359.

It's well known that cami are just pawns.

And I know you know this so why at you posting this like it's some kind of official notice against AVZ?
Sus AF mate

Just pointing out that while we have had a win, there's even more shitfuckery to clear out of the way.
Including the DRC saying AVZ don't actually have rights to PR13359.
So as far as the DRC are concerned, Deboss's statement isn't true and we are going to have to make them recognise our rights.
I know this. You know this. Some other people on the forum may not know this.
Pointing this out would be a forum contribution for those members.

And as a well known and long time regular AVZ supporter and regular contributor here with a shitload of money at risk, I find your post really fucking offensive, Azz.

That will be dealt with in the Cominiere case at the ICC

Just like with Dathomir I’ve done numerous posts explaining exactly how the purported termination of the Dathcom JVA was invalid

I’ve read thousands of legal rulings in my time but have never seen anything as damning in a ruling as ‘The Arbitral Tribunal is astonished by the fact that the High Court of Kalemie found that a contract had been terminated without the other parties to the contract being heard or summoned to express their position.’

Like I said previously Cominiere’s actions in this matter are an attack on the concept of adversarial fairness in law and they will be made an example of by the ICC

Tick tock

Maybe AVZ could file an ICSID claim for royalties against Zijin Mining. If the north is lost through illegal expropriation, then maybe pick up an income stream from those sleazy bastards. Seems like there is a precedent (below).

AVZ doing it's bit fighting in the courts and winning . It's now up to whoever wants Roche Dure to make it work . The DRC maybe blocking AVZ , but AVZ is blocking the potential buyer. Surely something can be arranged$$ for AVZ to walk away ?

A man died and went to Heaven. St Peter says to him “Before you meet with God, I should tell you ,we’ve looked over your life, and to be honest you really didn’t do anything particularly good or bad. We’re not really sure what to do with you. Can you tell us anything you did that can help us make a decision?” The newly arrived soul thought for a moment and replied, “Yeah, once I was driving along and came upon a little old lady who was being harassed by a group of thugs. So I pulled over and went up to the leader of the thugs. He was a big, muscular guy with a ring pierced through his lip. Well, I tore the ring out of his lip, and told him he and his gang had better stop bothering this lady or they would have to deal with me!” “Wow that’s impressive, “When did this happen?” “About three minutes ago.”

Wombat we have been following this saga for 6 plus years .
Now only Trump putting the hard word on Tieshedski can influence him to order a decree and hand over the ML to AVZ for the South and compensation for the North ?
Tin + Lithium supply for the next 50 years large incentive for Trump to act and not rely on China supplies

I can't access this article. What possible grievance do they have? We payed them a DD fee as far as I'm aware and didn't draw down on the facility?

Yeh . I did say it's up to whoever wants RD to make it work . AVZ's strength has shifted was my point.

I have thought about this, the biggest problem for us with this is still the corruption. DRC have problems tracking how much is being shipped out, China lies/bribes and can manipulate pricing so our "royalty" is not worth anything.... kind of like they have done to the entire lithium supply chain, miners operating at a loss\no margin and not cutting production... just like wtf.

I thought we can have the asset seized/reclaimed if we don't advance the project and just shop it around for a sale or don't develop it?

Which is why WE WANT to develop the resource and see it through to mining, its certainly not up to "whoever wants Roche Dure". DRC need to grant the ML and respect their own laws and we will get funding and go mine, relist etc - the project economics are proven now.
As forum posters we can say whatever we want.. If AVZ tries to play the quid pro quo game or do anything not absolutely 100% by the book, we lose - NF warned shareholders about that long ago, its a trap to trick us (which is why they never paid bribes, greased the wheels or did anything underhanded and also why we are winning cases now).

It would have been nice to have the corruption disclosed earlier but I was probably too blind/deaf to it all anyway.

Neither.
But they must have something.
Their business model is litigation funding, so they obviously know litigation.
Worrying
