Exactly, I have more experience dealing with criminal matters, but you normally don't turn up on the day looking for an adjournment. This incurs significant costs at my level but I'm sure the sky's the limit for costs at ICSID.

It is still Sunday in Europe so I doubt they will update the website until Monday. I'd be surprised if the parties haven't already been notified, they would have had a deadline last week to provide an update to the court
