The Tin Man, the forgotten element.
Yes, it is easy to forget about tin, when our lithium package is so exceptional.
But tin is in high demand, as many mines are closed, and new minable deposits hard to find.
In fact, China has nearly depleted their tin reserves, and mined out their deposits.
Currently, they are a net importer.
When global business picks up again, tin will be in short supply with prices rising.
Tin is the icing on the cake for our deposit, making it even more profitable as a very profitable by product..
We may have forgotten about tin, but I doubt Kobold, Saudi Arabia or the US or China have.
Neither has Rio,
But, most importantly, neither has Nigel.
AVZ is NOT only about lithium.

You are right about DREAMS though, It's been hyped ever since the DRC - US minerals for security agenda surfaced.

Explains how US will enable Rwanda to benefit from the peace accord.
Also IMO the final pre requisite for the Kobold /AVZ MOU to move to a binding contract.
Peace accord needs to be signed allowing Kobold the security and assurance to invest its billions in the DRC.
Waiting for the ink to dry is not about price IMO as Nigel would not have agreed to sign the MOU but rather 100% assurance of the peace accord between DRC and Rwanda being signed..
This agreement was referred even in the last item in our MOU.

Fana Soumah announced in a televised address late Thursday night that Guinea's military ruler Mamady Doumbouya had signed the repossession decree, which covers bauxite, gold, diamond, graphite and iron concessions.
The concessions had been "returned free of charge to the state," Soumah said, citing multiple articles in Guinea's mining code as legal justification for the licence withdrawals.
Australia's ASX listed Volt Resources (VRC) is just one of a number of ASX listed companies impacted by this cancellation and potential expropriation. VRC shares are now suspended from trading.
Greenfield exploration and development almost anywhere in Africa is like sticking your hand in a bag of angry snakes.

I think the peace deal between DRC-Rwanda is one dimension but as shown by Guinea shenanigans, the security of minerals is the other... DRC need to be willing to enshrine a second parallel public administration incorruptible and responsible for western companies, so that those seeking brown paper bags can't shake down western mining companies, (US have the might to beat them back just need the jurisdiction to).
Can only imagine all the corrupt f--kers coming out of the wood work at this final hurdle to try and derail it.
Interesting timing as I heard there's a paper bag shortage in China....

But thats why this is such a Godsend of a geopolitical shift... Tshisekedi needs the US to keep power because of the issues in the east, so he has to make A LOT of concessions, if later on he changes his mind or tries to shortchange the US, they have a long history of influencing regime change whenever it suits their agenda. Its like the perfect storm of factors for this to come together.
