Peeps need to understand that if you say ' I'll take $x but I think it's worth more ', then you've just set the ceiling.
Clue - it's not greater than $x.

While I'm ranting, there are people who come on here throwing changing prices around on a weekly basis.
You really need to up your meds and that will stop your price going up and down like a whore's .......

Yes.

But fortunately, they're balanced out by people pointing out that's bullshit and we'll fight for our $12!
But more fortunately, the decision will be made by the big boy holders not armchair analysts on X.

Bigger holders have bigger balls and bigger ambitions. And for some individual holders, any cashout can have huge impact for them and they're tempted to just take it and run. Not the case for the big holders, so I'm confident they'll hold strong for the big $$$

Still grinds me though when people go "oh well maybe as long as I can treat myself to a nice dinner with my 5c per share then I guess that's fair"

If you can't understand why, then just ask yourself this question. Why is social media now the largest advertising spend of all medias when it comes to political campaigning?

I'll save you the trouble.

1. Because you can measure and track sentiment.
2. Because you can engineer sentiment.
3. You can target it like a sniper.

It's not about suitors looking at social media and going "Oh well they all on average seem ok with this price." That's a naive understanding.
It's about engineering sentiment so when the time comes to vote, expectations have been lowered.

One would've thought that after 4 years of social media assault and buggery you may have learnt how emotions play a very important game on an individual's appetite for hanging in there.
