"Hey AVZ Shareholders, Over the weekend, I received many questions about my views on whether shareholders should re-elect Rhett Brans and Her Excellency Salome Thaddaus Sijaona as Directors at the upcoming AGM. Here’s my take: our primary goal as shareholders is to realise the true $$$ value of our investments…and to see that happen as soon as possible. Right now, showing stability and unity on the Board is key to reaching that goal. A solid, consistent Board sends a strong message of confidence to major players like Locke Capital, making it clear that we, as shareholders, support the team and remain committed to moving forward. It also signals resilience to the DRC government and other detractors. In my view, the Company is on the cusp of some significant wins and breakthroughs, and now is not the time to risk destabilising progress due to the frustrations of past delays. It’s been a challenging journey for all of us, including the Board, who’ve been dealing with these delays head-on. And to put things into perspective, the majority of the Board and Executive Team haven’t received a salary in over five months. Currently only a small group of essential casual office staff in Perth and a skeleton staff and security team at Manono are being paid. Oh, and by the way, the Directors themselves invested over $190,000 in the last capital raise…showing their own commitment and belief in AVZ’s future. For these reasons, I’ll be voting FOR Resolutions 1 and 2 to re-elect the current Board members and maintain the stability we need right now. As always, this is just my opinion, and I encourage every shareholder to do their own research and make a decision that aligns with their own goals for AVZ."
Thank God for some common fucken sense. It seems like a lot of shareholders have no fucken idea on how to protect their investments. Someone buy Yianni what ever he wants to drink at the AGM and send me the bill
Just one drink though, like the rest of you I’ve got no fucken money left in the bank after putting around $600k into AVZ but I know it’s better to support the BOD and take my anger out on the corrupt cunts rather than take it out on the BOD
Likewise. Though we should certainly question management if possible at the AGM in the hopes of gaining a little clarity, in terms of votes I believe we should present a front of solidarity. Our opponents will certainly use any evidence of significant shareholder revolt against the board to further undermine our position.Exactly
I've already voted and in accordance with the boards direction
Spot on Dave. I have had my doubts about De Boss but that was a very solid measured post by him on X. He has definitely gone up a couple of notches in my booksThank God for some common fucken sense. I’ve been here since day 1 Cumsquat. Heard it all to many times now. Shh don’t upset them on socials, AGM’s no questions/no answers,Hoots going from hero to villain, too late and stick shift baiting etc etc.So yeah just voicing my opinion like most others here . Good luck to all stuck in this vacuum of silence.
Good to see I still live rent free in your smooth brain mate.
Aaagh, good to see Yianni free of the shackles of the corporate world, it wasnt a good fit, a bit like Peter Garrett joining the labour party if you get my drift.Deboss on X

What does it say, sending a single private message to a person and shutting the conversation down immediately?Thank God for some common fucken sense. A coward with height limitations?
Only have one explanation......another tosser.
Bye, bye Davey boy.
On this cusp of some significant wins, dare we say, imminent?
This is such a measured fantastic post. I know I’ve been critical of Nigel and the BOD in the past, but to learn they are investing their own money and not getting paid. This to me, is all I wanted to know. As of now, with this we must all be in the same ship sailing in the same direction. My goal with AVZ was always long term. And I’m sure a lot here were the same. Now if we can walk out of here in 2025 with our money, or in 2027 with our lithium in the market in the EVs and homes of millions. We will all be satisfied. I believe the board share this ambition. And with time I believe they will achieve it. The cynic in me has left the chat. Thanks to all who bring us this great information.Deboss on X
