After it the MoM ordered the extension for 5 years for cominiere until 2027. The favorable decision from cami have been stopped and the transformation from a PR in a PE have been faded this month. Looks like the DRC is doing again the opposite they said to the company. I have no idea how this shit is matching with a MoU and pathing to ML. Any explanation anyone?

Am I reading this wrong?? Is this the Minister of Mines officially confirming that as of October our licence has been stripped and given to Cominiere? For fucks sake!

Unlikely this says Dathcom's favourable opinion has been stopped. Would need to see the original in French to confirm. The word for stop and order / decree in French that the DRC use in all their documents is the same. Arreté. But it's fucking concerning none the less. Most concerning is the fact that this renewal has been ordered by the MOM and has already been executed this month by the new CAMI DG.

Just wondering what's been put out there already if anything.
I'm not the most competant person in these regards, but I'm willing to get the ball rolling. Someone with a good contact would be great.

Worrying indeed. So the next devious play is that Cominiere forget to pay the surface rights and suddenly someone swoops in and gets the tenement a la MMCS.

Rack up another couple of court cases to unravel this next snafu.

It's legit. The dates of grant and expiry are the same in the document which are now seen on the CAMI portal. Up until recently this had Dathcom's old grant and expiry dates under Cominiere's name.

I'm hoping so. Could the irregular parts be due to the google machine translate? Either way I hope this document gets clarified sooner rather than later.

huljick states that he resigned because the $1million payment to Maruis was not in the best interest of the company. Wasnt this $1 million figure arrived at after hurlshit had finished on the board. When he was on the board it was a much higher payment which Piper advised against?

I’m calling bullshit. Per the Mining Code:

• A mining lease can only be granted to the applicant i.e. Dathcom.
• The first page extends the Research Permit, yet the second page calculates the surface fees. That’s not a thing - surface fees are only applicable for an Exploitation Permit, which Cominiere does not have as evidenced by the alleged extension of the Research Permit on page 1.

It’s is a non sequitur. It’s fake IMO.

@Carlos Danger - re the CAMI portal, it has shown Cominiere as the owner of 13359 for many months now. Mupande’s handiwork, presumably.
