Query for the AGM, where any explanation will be given

Can we park this up until then, it’s just fodder for trolls

In any event the 3 directors would have approved the bonuses, not MD, and most likely for work done well beyond that normally expected of management

i) Shareholder’s who never worked out why disclosure followed the course it did probably shouldn’t be investing in stocks. Any investor with a level of knowledge in stocks would know why and I’m pretty sure there are more experienced investors here than me…. They might as well be asking themselves why they didn’t take some off the table when they could have, they had months to do it, but they would never think that personal greed played any part

ii) I think you’ll find the KPI’s are in the Annual Report and maybe some of what you’re looking for is in one of @Carlos Danger posts

@John25 I’m not wasting anymore time on here with questions that people investing in shares should know the answer too. Must be easy to throw money at something and then say you’re not taking any responsibility for what happens after that.

I used to own shares in around 30 companies and kept track on every one of them. Try doing that. After a couple of years of it I realised it wasn’t possible to keep it up so now I’m down to just a few companies, and as I’ve been so focused on this one that I took my eyes off BRN and I’ve seen my BRN shares drop from $400k to under $40k and having to sell them gradually at a substantial loss just pay my food and bills.

As far as you being in that category you put in your post, I don’t have a problem with that when I try and post information here and you reply with the 🤣 emoji. I generally save that for people posting something funny or replying to trolls. Best thing I can do now is offer you some tissues and put you on ignore so I don’t have to keep wasting time.

Vote how you want, do what you want, encourage the trolls, like I said, I don’t give a shit anymore
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Was laughing at you …promising to leave ( yet again) the forum but like the drama queen bitch you are …just cant keep away ..suppose you be rocking the “Pink Room “ tonight In Newcastle…

"They might as well be asking themselves why they didn’t take some off the table when they could have, they had months to do it, but they would never think that personal greed played any part"

To be fair money, most folks were probably hanging on to their shares until the official announcement of ML approval to pop post ML decree, including myself, no one would of had a clue as to the evil that was lurking behind closed doors leading to extended suspension.

This is the main gripe that most shareholders have with AVZ BOD, they knew prior that there were some "red flags " lurking that could potentially be a spoke in the wheel, but shareholders didnt find out about that until trapped....

Its a fair and reasonable gripe...;)

On the other hand...

4) It’s not the BOD’s fault that the main corrupt actors (Dathomir, Cominiere, Zijin) and the secondary puppets who are looking to make money for themselves (Jerkoff, Math, Huljich, Carrick, Ludbrook, Tommy, Boatman) have forced the BOD to put the company in suspension while having to fight their illegal corruption. The BOD have been forced to do it to protect the share price.

I agree 100%, all those bad actors mentioned are the true evil in this shitty equation!

7) Nigel and Graeme got this project developed, got a DFS that can’t be compared by any other Australian mining company outside the big three BHP RIO & FMG and they have even got an updated DFS in the wings that no one can match.

I agree 100% again, AVZ BOD have done a remarkeable job in that regard and should be commended!

8) If they didn’t have to fight the corrupt actors that have been trying to steal our project construction would have been underway long ago.

No doubt about it !

However....:(:oops::eek:

Like I said I’m done thinking I can help people here so good luck to the whiners whining to each other at the vegan sausage sizzle, exchanging opinions and complaining about how unfair life is, you deserve everything you get

Your research is second to none and i think everyone on this forum appreciates your input in making us understand the complexities / nuances this crap affair entails, but is it necessary to ridicule posters for having a bitch from time to time ?

We are all human, lots of posters hurting financially, we certainly dont deserve the crap we are in, folks should be encouraged to express not regress without condemnation, mental health is a major issue in Australia and we have all been literally stuck in a 16 month bubble, with virtual crickets coming our way via ASX and even then, its cryptic.

Now i might have been a bit harsh on @obe wan for my comments towards him in a recent post, i regret that and apologise, no ones perfect here and everyone has a different approach to contributing on this forum, the ole slogan..

" WE ARE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER "

is absolutely true and we need to galvanise not splinter in order to fend off the nasties that attempt to twist our minds and collective.

With much respect.

This is very good news as it provides the DRC not to have total reliance on Chinese investment .
If conditions imposed on investment by China in the DRC are not favourable now can negotiate as the EU plus USA involvement provides an additional market.
This can only improve AVZ obtaining its rightful mining licence as Monano is a critical supply source .
No one will invest in DRC if ML is not awarded to AVZ.
Decision time for FT.
As for the bonus payment maybe management are hopeful for a resolution on ML.
All Imo

This is not what happened. Looks like the SMH shares a fact check department with the AFR. Judging from the quality of this research it's better to invest in Africa than be a dipshit 'journalist' that writes about memes.

Hates a beer
I've gone back and had another look at this to try and absorb it properly.
I think the above is specifying the remuneration package. (ie. How much bonus they would be entitled to, not how much they actually got.)
I dont think they received these bonuses, as:

Would have to go through the financials to confirm, but the footy is about to start.

DRC REQUIRES A MINIMUM OF $30 BILLION FOR ELECTRIC BATTERY INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT

SEPTEMBER 25, 2023 CONSTANCE
The Arise firm has unveiled the results of its pre-feasibility study on the development of the electric battery industry in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) on Thursday, September 21, 2023, in New York, United States. The report indicates that the investment required for this ambitious project is approximately $30 billion.
Although preliminary, the study reaffirms the feasibility of manufacturing battery precursors within the DRC.
Julien Paluku Kahongya, the Congolese Minister of Industry, hailed the significance of this study, emphasizing its potential to attract partners interested in investing in Africa, particularly the DRC.
He highlighted that this endeavor extends beyond battery production, encompassing investments in energy, infrastructure, and transportation.
The study’s projections suggest that this massive project could generate nearly $7 trillion by 2040. While African economies currently capture only 3% of the raw material market value, the study envisions raising this figure to between 30% and 40% through local processing.
Furthermore, the Arise firm predicts that establishing a factory for battery precursor production in the DRC would create approximately 40,000 direct jobs and over 160,000 indirect jobs.
The report also underscores the need for more than 380 mines to meet the demands of this expansive mining initiative.
Launched by the Democratic Republic of Congo two years ago and subsequently joined by Zambia, the electric battery precursor factory project aims to position Africa as a driving force in combating climate change while fostering economic emergence and shared prosperity with other continents.

I'm waiting for the 5th and 6th - I am thinking we will have a fair indication after this proceeding whether we should be confident about going mining or an continued up hill slog. Can we expect a decision on the 6th or will need to wait for a deecision? Can't wait for this to be over - with a positive outcome.

Not sure when the decision will be known but we will probably hear whispers about how it went by the weekend. Franck Fwamba is usually all over these events.
