How did his shares get to Fat Tail
Too many cuntys going around in this story.
Would presume an odd market transfer.
That's still possible when the shares are suspended.

Well yes, that’s the easy part. I would like know if it was an outright sale, if so at what price, and how did Fat Tail fund it. If a loan from PH, does he have any relevant interest still? Is there an agreement to buy back?
If he has ANY beneficial relationship then he has nominated himself illegally
Just my cynical thoughts, as AVZ mentioned an ASSOCIATION between PH and Fat Tail exists
What does that mean? They are sleeping together?
Edit: I should state that according to Sir Les, 5m of shares have left EQUITY PLAN SERVICES recently. PH had 5m held by this registry, being 0.14%. Fat Tail owns same %

MMGA is aligned with corruption and nefarious business practices
MMGA is veiled in secrecy and its backers are largely unknown
MMGA want your money and do not care how they get it
MMGA and their activities can cause you substantial financial harm
MMGA = Possible links to corruption
MMGA = Likely loss of shareholder value
MMGA = Self interest for those involved and no-one else
MMGA = Genuine LTSH's potentially losing their money
MMGA = Alignment with potentially unscrupulous and unethical parties
MMGA = Dealing with currently unknown supporters and backers who serve unknown masters
MMGA = A potentially damaging outcome for the people of Manono and the DRC in general
MMGA = A likely furthering of a co-ordinated attack from those who want to steal Manono for their own benefit

Hi warriors,
had a look at the upcoming DRC-Battery Metals-Forum. For me the attention of AVZ, in form of Serge, is a non-event. It seems like they just want to show the name for advertising and for "hey, we are still alive. See us". This event wont have any effect on a future decision. It is usual practice that companies/banks send people to these forum for networking issues. Topics which are represented by Serge are general and i bet the name AVZ will not even mentioned. Thats neither negative nor positive.
The rest is, as always, the "African Dream" - building sandcastles on a beach close to the water.
Hopefully we will hear something material of our BOD-Team. I do not want to wait anymore for my money. Coming to a good solution should be BODs first target - even if it's a takeover at a reasonable price. Everyone in this forum is wishing the best for the congolese people but change has to come from the inside, not from the outside. Finally I just want my money back and move on. Not the best option after holding for years and a long suspension, but better than losing money and China wins.
