b) Piss weak Tshisekedi Govt
c) Chinese owning DRC ministers / exploitation / Coup / steal
d) Zijin v AVZ ICC deliberation.............suss as all hell, long drawn out game being applied
So what likely conclusion do you see regards to this long drawn out impasse between AVZ / DRC / CHINA regards to Manono ?
a) Will FT finally bow to the IGF report and the power of the common folk who want to see AVZ construct / produce at RD not ZIJIN...........with a election coming in the next 7 months , intervene and award AVZ the ML and its 100% rights to CDL ?
b) Or, will compromises have to be made from all parties ?
c) Is there a possibility of a TO and with whom ?
d) Or will the long game persist and AVZ gets stripped from Dathcom , told to fuck off , with DRC remaining a slave to China, becoming a pariah state with no international coy wanting to be part of the precedence ?
This topic is the hot potato that everyone has been discussing on this forum in your absence, not AVZ lack of disclosure, which most folk here would admit is suss as all hell and which i am certain will be dealt with if ( D ) comes to fruition....

As part of the Cominière Arbitration Proceedings, the Company, via its subsidiaries and Dathcom Mining SA (Dathcom), brought an emergency arbitration application under ICC rules, heard by an emergency arbitrator (Emergency Arbitrator) on 3 May 2023, seeking injunctive relief for the purposes of restraining Cominière from taking any actions with regards to its purported termination of the Dathcom Joint Venture Agreement (Dathcom JVA). As previously disclosed, AVZ considers Cominiere’s purported termination of the Dathcom JVA to be unlawful as it was attempted without valid grounds and in a manner contrary to the express terms of the Dathcom JVA

I thought there was footage of the infamous Kibeya interview on the YouTube website advertising the AFRICAN MINING WEEK 2023. I see the website link seems to have changed since I last looked at it. There are however videos on the China - Sicomines joint venture and China’s debt trap strategy.

I’m glad you have recognised recent troll activity and the insidious way it develops. A new troll emerges, posts several times daily pretending to provide information, and it isn’t long before an accomplice joins in
As it turns out, zeebot has issued me a new automatic ban warning and has suggested my actions are trolling and baiting. Amazing after I personally asked him to suspend me months ago.
Fortunately I have a hotline to @Frank and @JAG and one or two others if I need to share information.
Shareholders on this forum know I have only ever wanted the best outcome for us and the company, and I have been here now for over a year trying to expose corruption…. Especially corruption that tries working against us on this forum.
Any suggestion I was baiting, trolling or accusing an individual is baseless as that (or those) individuals have targeted me.
As far as any suggestion or accusation I made that a post of mine was forged, I have the proof and can easily share it with zeebot or any other trustworthy shareholder here. It also involved another person who used two separate aliases at the time and was confirmed at the time by both
