Momentum feels like its has shifted our way with a growing number of people in our corner on the bird as well as an emblematic legal win in our pocket.

I’m glass half full on today’s shenanigans at CAMI on twitter and the cadastral site updates - it feels like these are the moves of desperate people for whom the walls are closing in.

There are in a bottomless cesspit of corruption and they see no way out. They’ve tried shit-talking their way out but people are seeing it for what it is and calling them on it. There is likely intense pressure from Z and their corrupt cohorts to continue actions to undermine us - all while the pressure from the media and the IGF (Jules Alingete) continues to rise.

Their heads are spinning and they are incapable of coherent thought or action. May they wake daily in a cold sweat, and one day soon, may they wake to a early door knock and a paddy wagon.

Unfortunately you me and management have obviously underestimated our ability to help the people of Manono aganst the totally corrupt government of the kitten . Which happens when there is two sets of rules. Unfortunately the rules in the home country normally win. So if drc want to continuly be wracked with famine, disease , war and corruption. OFF you fuck. No sympathy from me. May z rape and pillage for as long as the Congolese remain subservient. I thought that was over but obviously not. Fuck it I'm over it. I suspect I know where you are coming from @JAG . We are all/mostly going mad, but did Spike deserve that?

Seems to me we are at the point where Felix (or his war-consigliere) + maybe MOM, must immediately ACT to clean up corruption at CAMI & Cominere, and rule mining by DRC and international law. If that doesn't happen by next week, it doesn't matter what any of us post anywhere. AVZ will have to take the DRC to the ICC. If I/we ever get our $$ back, it will be too late for the dreams & plans we have / had.

I think I heard Nigel & AU team are due back in DRC, 15/5. I hope they are on a plane today/tomorrow to the DRC for the final rolls of the dice to rightfully get PR13359 ML for Dathcom, AVZI, AVZ, us & the good people of the DRC.

Managed to get through to the AVZ team. I only spoke to the admin lady however was advised they are aware of change on the cami website and will release an ann shortly.
No real indication so hopefully just a matter of more pathetic games.

Well firstly, I apologise mate, as ridiculing you was not my intention. I was actually kind of hoping you say 'No no, Spike happy to just critique for now'.

Let's face it, you have been doing an amazing job on the Bird mate, along with TITS and quite a few others and I do my best to like the shit out of everything but as I said I've been out of action for a while now with no ability to focus on this shitshow.

That said I do agree with you and think it would be in everyone's interest to get on there and create some (respectful & factual) noise. As I've mentioned before there are hundreds of TSE locals and we should be utilising that power on the socials because really, we need thousands.

Keep doing what you do JAG. It's amazing. I love it and so does everyone else.

And I will continue to input what I can from my end.

Was he hoping an outraged mass would begin slinging vile hatred at the DRC and all its government so they can use that against us?
I was expecting that myself but so far I've seen restraint and thoughtful responses.

Cominiere and CAMI have always been against AVZ. Nothing has changed here.

Has something changed to make CAMI more emboldened in their actions to completely remove Dathcom from the portal? What is the Minister of Mines involvement? None of us know yet.

The situation has been that CAMI has been able to block this project indefinitely anyway. We have not produced any lithium. At least with this latest move it gets harder to ignore the actions of CAMI, plus there is some type of review going on at/of CAMI. JFMK needs to go in order for AVZ to start production anyway. These latest moves seem to move us closer to them either stealing the project or removing JFMK. We will get an outcome one way or the other rather than this endless waiting.

Morning all, would like express my concern and be corrected by you all.

The PM is due to report about portfolio performance to Felix and all this weekend. And before that, this weird CAMI portal thing happened. Looking very likely he is going to blame all the bad performance and delay due to AVZ and tell the ministers that he has taken away Avz/dathcom’s right and the future performance will be better.

Just my thought, happy to be corrected.
