I don’t know what’s got into shareholders here…. Marius explained pretty clearly what has happened.

Previous meetings with Felix where he has been manipulated by MoP, Cominiere, Dathomir and Mupande.

All these are high level actors who live in the DRC with years of corrupt experience and able to access him more easily, and no doubt doing it while he is focused on the thousands of people getting slaughtered by rebel groups in the north east of the country.

I’ve tried to be more considerate and respectful for a while now but I would punch several fucken whinging ignorant heads in if they were standing in front of me right now

MM just publicly destroyed the Minister of Portfolio’s reputation and detailed her corruption for all to see. Something that the President will finally have to see - concerning that Felix has done Fck all on this project. Great move by MM. Goes to show our so called informed posters on the bird have NFI about what is at play here. Keep up the public campaign lads. It’s working.

Great move by Nige hiring MM as well. He is a gun. Perfect for this stinking corrupt country who barely want to help themselves get out of poverty. A real head scratcher that.

13th Feb 2023 local DRC court document highlights that AVZ and Cominiere (including Dathcom representative) agree to withdraw case number RCE7102. AVZ lawyer notes that due to the extended and drawn out process they would like to withdraw the case which was agreed by all parties. The tribunal (local DRC court) acknowledges the request for withdrawal pending final deliberation.

RCE7102 original case was issued by AVZ against Cominiere in 2021 for breach of the Datchcom JV agreement (article 10 and 12) which is related to the exercise of preemptive rights. AVZ's case against Cominiere is related to the illegal sale of 15% to Chinese Zijin. The original case was to be heard October 26, 2021.

Marius often talked with the MoP, what didn’t go well. And talked with the MoM and at the moment it looks like this didn’t go as well as hoped.

And now he is jumping in every interview to make the case more public and to increase the pressure of the government. That gives me the taste the negotiations are not going well too.

Can someone tell me what progress did they make the last 10 months with the DRC government? Personally I don’t see many.
Only that we still have no support from the government.

Well not a lawyer or a md of a lithiumco. but I would imagine that being in the same country as the government people of that country that u are negotiating with would probably be a prerequisite. Especially when your only asset is in that country. Anyhow just fuck it off to the highest bidder. Why give a fuck get rid of it and we can all move on. Imo

We can't sell the thing, that we don't have a fucking clue about, and nobody from the top can fill us in on what "it' fucking is and anyway technically the ASX says ....nah....you're fucked and in suspension so you can sit the fuck down, shut up and find a way to take a pineapple up the arse

Thing with me is after I've had my rant, I move on all serene for a week or so then go off again.
But I'm good in between. Really good.

What I do manage to do is not let others or the general feeling at a moment in time pray on my emotions.

That's why I can continually make jokes at others' expense. Yeah, I know most of them are crap.
I'm not really angry, just giving fuck wits what I think they deserve.

Overall, I don't let the situation eat away at me

Maybe some here need to just go to the beach with their loved ones or well anything really, just leave here for a day or two.
Same with Twitter.

If previous experience is anything to go by, you will not miss much and your mental health probably will make a substantial uptick.
And yes, most of you would be missed but we'll get over it.

The trouble is im not sure these guys able to take it to production imo.that's obviously the problem for Felix as well. Would z , bh , rio , Vale , well any established mining Co have a problem with ml ? Imo probably not. As we all say it's a market dominating resource. And deserves the best mining people probably. Plus I'm a selfish prick and have had a gut full of this cloak and dagger , cone of silence bulshit. No wonder everyone's ( well definitely me) going mad there is absolutely no guidance from our managers ofcause conspiracy theories will thrive. Just sell it get me out. Cheers

Apologies clearly I'm mixing the ownership of Dathcom and AVZ's interest there.... and direct AVZ Minerals shareholders beholden to the ASX and the cone of silence

I had my doubts on MM previous, but after this interview I am a fan. Anyone giving him shit today, did not watch this interview.
