Who is the "they" she is referring to?
IMO it wasnât added for a reason, probably to do with the fact there are already artisanal miners on our tenement looking for tin. Cuminhere and CAMI probably looking to set up an illegal chain much like the ones that operate for cobalt, kids involved seriously underpaid blackmarket goes to China usually, add in simon cong an hey presto you have won fuckwit bingo.Yeah I agree it's better to do it all at once but Cominiere were probs thinking we will add it later as there is already data and it doesn't need to be included in the PR process. It can be added later under Article 77 of the mining code. AVZ have an offtake for tin with Kalon Resources so obviously it's all good now probs just CAMI being lazy with their website.

Youâll be happy to know I wrote down the 90 days on a calendar.Has anyone got any insight into what is happening with the Comminiere vs MMCS bullshit ICC case?
@9cardomaha maybe your sleuthing skills can enlighten?
Hi Bags, canât make sense of this announcement. Care to elaborate?Iâm not sure what this is specifically referring to but thought Iâd post it

The President of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) FĂ©lix-Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo, at the 88th meeting of the Council of Ministers he chaired by videoconference, informed the Government that various financial patrols carried out at the level of companies and public institutions report the "pressure exerted by newly appointed agents to grant themselves illegal advantages" under Decrees No. 13
According to the minutes of this weekly meeting, the Head of State recalled the requirement on the part of the supervisory authorities to ensure compliance with the principles of good management in the head of all representatives within companies and public institutions.
"A call to order should be sent to all public representatives by each of the responsible Ministers," notes the Council of Ministers.
According to Patrick Muyaya, Government spokesman who read this report on the antennas of Radio Télévision Nationale Congolaise (RTNC), Félix Tshisekedi asked the Prime Minister to do diligence to sign new decrees relating to the status of agents that can set the benefits of active and non-active agents once and for all.
Maybe itâs got something to do The Bossâs âexpect the unexpectedâ
I wonder if the artisan miners are going to dig 150 m. deep for 1000 ppm (=.1%) tin ore.IMO it wasnât added for a reason, probably to do with the fact there are already artisanal miners on our tenement looking for tin. we were talking tin smelting and artisanal tin mining is roughly the same time Cominiere turned. With no tin on the pr we likely canât mine it, so they shaft us. Then they do the illegal right on our doorstep, knowing the poor will riot if we stop it. Or maybe Iâm paranoid and need a water
There is the alluvial tin on the flood plains and banks of the river (coupled with the tin mixed through the main ore body). My understanding was that AVZ was going to support the locals panning for it and pay/treat them properly for their service. Similarly, I would prefer to be drinking a tinny (sorry) or 10 too. Hard yakka but not as crazy as digging 150m deepI wonder if the artisan miners are going to dig 150 m. deep for 1000 ppm (=.1%) tin ore.
To bring that into perspective........ .1% of 1000 kg is 1 kg
Current tin price ~US$25,000/ton, or US$25/kg.
So to produce US$25 worth of tin, one will have to dig up 1 ton of ore and after the digging, process the ore and that is at 100% recovery rate.
That is roughly 1 carton of beer per ton of tin ore, without the cost of smelting the tin.
I rather drink the beer and watch them. fukit

Letâs be clear: @Deboss has now got 9 days for the ML to come through (a.k.a. the @Carlos Danger rule). If no ML after that date he gets a cock-punch from @MoneyBags1348.Comforting to see @Deboss winking again
I haven't been able to find anything either, but I understand after the last session on 16th Jan there is 30-90 days before a judgement. Today is day 42.I guess itâs open to interpretation, I had a few thoughts on what it might mean but to be honest, Iâm too tired tonight to work through it and express what I think so I just put the link here to be considered.
My thoughts on our overall situationâŠ. based on speculation by @Deboss and others in private along with my view that AVZ would hold off drill assay results to as close as possible to the ML being granted is that progress may be being made behind the scenes and thatâs how I relate to the link I posted above.
Donât want to appear to have access to anything or be suggesting anything is imminent, just too tired to express myself better
@Xerof I came across the result of the ICC arbitration between MMC and Cominiere (2 or 3 weeks ago) but the site wouldnât allow me to copy and paste the information so I saved the site on my phone and later fucken deleted the link and I looked everywhere for it the last few days and couldnât find it. Really disappointed but I think I assumed after reading it that the case was over.
