I can not know who will get it. MMCS did not know that AVZ will get it. They fight against everything possible in the JV agreement until they build their construct to have a feeling of a legal basis.
Our decrees got canceled with this reasons:

-ongoing disagreements, conflicts and differences between the shareholders
that have stalled the development of the Manono Project and the resulting
deadlock prevents the State from benefiting from the development of PE
13359.

-requirement for a harmonious and healthy cooperation between the
shareholders of Dathcom as a precondition to progress the development of
the Manono Project


Do you believe they give us a new decree? Nothing have changed still cominere and zijin fighting agaist us. and now fighting against the complete JV. What do you believe will happen? The MoM dont even think its necessary to inform us. Thats not any type of a good relationship with the government. AVZ might be have legal stand, but bro the drc dont care about it. Look in what situation we are. MoP transfer 15% to zijin 5% to MMCS, they stolen the nothern part and want to give it to AJN and now our decree got canceled to get a ML. In this Moment AJN present the nothern part to other investors, in my view it dont look like the MoM told them you have no chance to get it after I cancel the decree. Instead our presentation is canceled. What do you think will coming next? they want to get that project online, but they dont care if we are part of it. We are not in a disney movie with a perfect ending after all the shit.

You're reading things into it that aren't there.

The items you've listed are not stated as the reason for cancelling the decrees.

They are simply matters that are acknowledged in whatever statement was given with the decree.
So unless you've got a copy of the full decree that you haven't shared, you are misinterpreting or misconstruing the information that has actually thus far been presented to us.

CAMi in the form of JFM appeared intent to not only allow it, but push for it with the intent to funnel it to AJN. I sure as heck hope we've got some documentary evidence indicating CAMI told us we'd have to split the tenement because FT wanted that. Just tell me it wasn't on an unrecorded Zoom or phone call.

My reading on these bullet points is that they are the reasons given for cancelling the initial decrees and not a roadmap forward. What happens next is anyone's guess imo

The disagreements between shareholders are all because of Chinese bad actors. This is proven in the IGF report released in December. None of the delays are AVZ's fault and we control Dathcom.

Either this is the first step in awarding the whole tenement to Dathcom after ownership is sorted or we won't be mining it. So we will either sell or have to fight the DRC government in arbitration.

My take on the legal advice is regarding Dathcom first right to obtain 15% from Comminiere.
Can Comminiere be part of the JV project by receiving shares.
At the right legal entitlement in the project Comminiere may agree to sell 15% of their 25 % to Dathcom .
13359 no longer split so surface rights should be mutually agreed upon.
There was an offer made to government for the additional 15% from Comminiere that involved a percentage of ownership with shares issued that was posted by someone.

I believe that this will be the next step. Because of the on going disagreements, conflicts and differences between the shareholders they will find a way to fuck us. They dont tell us whats coming, in my opinion this tell me they give a fuck about us. They find easy a new partner with a better deal than 10%. In 10+ years no one will remember avz and the struggle with the drc.

My main point is that you were stating as FACT that it was given as the reasoning for the decree.
That's not true.

Whether or not it's their reason we have no way of knowing. All we know is they acknowledged those things in their statement. NOT that those things were the reason for it.

But it's nonsense because Cominiere attended Dathcom meetings year in year out and never said shit until they got caught with their hands in Zijin's snack jar.

‘Legal advice’ mentioned in as announcements sends a rush of blood to the head, each and everytime .

How many times does one reckon they’ve had this issue within the DRC...tenements split and decree issued...decree binned and the split reversed...i reckon 0.05 of a percent...or never happened...what text book do you read up, to see if it's part of the process...none resdily available on hand I reckon ; would need to hit the legal eagles to drill down through the processes and subsections ; remember good old cami, a gov dept basically sidestepped its own mining code....would you not feel the need to suss out such rare decisions and see if these are all above board as oppose to walking into it blindly and potentially out if line and not following the actual procedures ; the reason we’re still here and getting kindergarten level accusations thrown at us in desperate attempts that sometime will stick from the liked of cominiere and co, mid because we followed the process
