Agree, also did not feel great when discussing cash position ($48mln + $50mln ATM) to hear that the Board will be monitoring expenditure on a quarterly basis if things do not go proceed as expected and that they'll have to look into reducing spending. Why say that if you believe ML will come through soon?

I guess this is simply showing BoD being prudent on the use of cash which is what we, as owners would want from the management. Whilst all of us are wishing that the ML will come through soon, nothing is guaranteed until ML is issued.

Well Nigel put the Green Grub in her place . Basically saying it has nothing to do with her and she should keep quiet . Nth/CDL has not been relinquished and Klaus' claims are a load of sh1t .
Overall I was quite pleased . The laugh when asked about when they expect the ML probably had do with the egg on face from divulging too much at the RS . The 15th now gone , pre Xmas is still in play .

100% there was no confidence on the whole front table, NF was nervous/ shell shocked and admitted NFI when or if ML would be issued - unbelievable, then . Earlier hinted if we start to run out of money, will have to slow down (So running out of money is on the table now) - but got 50M loan can draw on!. Mate my take is ML within 6 months, 50/50.
Hope to hell I'm wrong, but I don't think I am.
They are making progress, but zero indication anything soon or even next 2 months is likely.
Bottom draw this otherwise its months of more pain.
