In addition, there has been no official announcement as to what Kobold's offer actually was. So how does this commentator know it was 28c over 10 years? Clearly an insider wanting to stir up trouble and dissent.There's a lot to unpack here

Just look at the current facts and events. DLA Piper, which has represented AVZ in this saga for years, is now publicly advertising for a new employee to take over the AVZ case...it doesn't get more amateurish than that.

An Australian court has now drafted and published the complaint...when a court in its own country is working against AVZ, even though there's a chance of the world's largest lithium deposit, that speaks volumes.

No Australian court has drafted any complaint against AVZ or its Directors. You seem to be referring to the statement of claim brought by ASIC. I have zero doubt that ASIC will lose that case just like Dathomir lost at the ICC LMAO
Kobold wants to "buy out" AVZ but doesn't even have the capital to raise $1 billion...how are they supposed to put the required $10 billion on the table then? Their offer was $0.28 per Australian dollar spread over 10 years...
I agree KoBold were never a serious buyer. The recognition by the DRC Government of AVZ's rights to the Manono Project was the point imo
Other international companies operating in the lithium industry are giving DRC and therefore AVZ a wide berth. They know exactly what a mess this is.

Not even the US delegation is making any progress in the DRC, despite its massive support from the US government and Trump personally. It's highly unlikely any small Australian company will succeed either.
You clearly haven't read the agreement. The process is still in its infancy. The gringos don't play games just ask Maduro.
No Australian company or corporation has ever managed to gain a foothold in the world, or rather, outside of Australia. The Australian mentality isn't suited for it. They're simply too laid-back and unmotivated for the global market. This, coupled with highly corrupt officials in the DRC, is a recipe for disaster.

Conclusion: You have the USA (a global power), DLA Piper (an absolute top company in such cases), CATL (a world leader in lithium), and a dozen influential shareholders on board, yet you're not making any progress at all; it feels like the whole thing is just winding down. How do you expect to convince anyone that anything worthwhile will come of this? Just face reality and the facts.
AVZ will win at the ICSID. The award will be enforced. Unless we are paid fair value.

In the past nothing came to reality what he told us so I am chilled, but anyway it is not helping him to sell his shares that he pretend to know more than others.
Two months ago he was claiming it would be sold by Christmas despite official announcements indicating we should not expect any updates on the situation until end of February. He's probably disappointed and in a weak emotional state right now due to his own foolish expectations and the inevitable disappointed he set himself and others up for.
He knows nothing more than the rest of us do and with four parties looking at buying us out right now I expect he's making a poor decision selling prematurely.

I think there has been a fundamental shift where China has established its EV and battery dominance and with the change in US policy seeking to establish alternate supply chains, it no longer makes sense for China to suppress or hide the true cost... think about this, converters were operating at paper losses, they had their own mines and were still buying international ore.
The latest rockstock video dissects it well. Could be insanely ludicrous with ESS taking off, could be a blip and China will start up all the lepidolite mining again.
Either way, I'll be taking profit and thumbing my nose at gains once pricing stops making sense.
