Exactly. $50.Exactly this.
That's why I reckon anyone quoting prices... any price (apart from the meme of $12) is a traitor because all you are doing is sentiment signaling; which is only helpful to a buyer testing for softness. Same as downward pressure in trading. Price testing basically. Weak hands. All that shit. Fuck, you guys should know all this better than me.
Point being, if you are ok will a shit outcome as in cents in a dollar, why do you have to call it from the roof tops or spooge it all over the social apps? The truthful answer is you don't. You just have to shut up and wait and see how low it turns out. Right?
So then, what's the real reason you are shopping out lowball prices?
ExactlyThey're getting it with their 'security for minerals' deal, so that's a moot point once its signed. They can cry about the risk all they like, but it's a bs ruse when they're waiting for a 'security for minerals' deal to be implemented before handing over the cash, so if they dont offer 'fair value' and 'partial compensation' (their words, not ours) then it's no deal. They can go take advantage of the next mug
Indeed we are not in the same boat and when we are sitting in different roles/functions there ... there will be some boys and girls who not just write about a fair value but will agree or disagree to an offer ... and their GO or NOGO is then binding for the rest of the boat.
With a 40 cent buyout....I would be half a mill under water...as you say @PhatCatz ...Shareholders who bought in higher, deserve at least to get out even....not a cent less after all that debacle...ALL TIME HIGH at 1.36 $ is the lowest price for a $tarting point to negotiate....Apologies if it’s come across as crude on my end. I need to take a rest from here. I understand the situation AVZ has found itself but in now way the board should entertain 40c offers.
ISCID route or fuck off if that’s the case. People bang on about that route taking forever etc etc. they do realise we can negotiate an exit post ISCID??? Our hand will be much much stronger with good legal title settled, a compensation claim in the back pocket and we can enter negotiations from a position of power. Sure it will piss off DRC but fuck then after the way they’ve treated our company.
It can still go to the USA but we’d have ownership sorted so that whole “risk” as they bang on about for fair compo won’t be a factor. It will also open up compensation for the north.
It boggles my mind people on X are crying over the ISCID route. These same people that probably bought in a mill shares at 2c…. They don’t give a fuck about anyone else but themselves. It’s the people who bought in above 80c range on avg that will lose a lot. They need to be looked after at the bare minimum. 40c won’t cut it.
Okay done, point accepted, 12 bucks USD it is, I can live with that. Great to have some concrete rules we can all agree on.Exactly this.

I talked earlier about a few takeover scenarios in my past trading history. Every takeover I experienced started with one bidder and ended up with at least 2 bidders and in some takeover stories even several bidders. and funnily in every bidding war the Chinese made the last and biggest offer. The silence of any Chinese bidder for Manano till now...doesnt mean they aren't lurking. I wouldn't be surprised to see more parties coming to the table....I don't think Kobold are the only bidders.Surely shareholders aren't going to forget that the UAE are more than likely looking to come to the table as well??
A first offer/bid is always a great way to get the party started.
It only takes one to start a bidding war.
And as always. With negotiation. Never accept the first offer. I have faith that Nigel would do us justice
She can't even spell her flamin name correctly.
GROK forgot the 1 before the 2, oh and the correct currencyFor the record $12….$12….$12!!! is not a meme
It is (and always has been) from it’s inception a genuine “anchoring strategy” within the realm of social media in the potential negotiation of a sale price/value of AVZ shares and any possible influence that might have on actual players and events in the real market.
Yes used from time to time with a level of humour but always the intent was deadly fucking serious
Get it in your heads everyone……everyone…..
