Just like Elon Musk holds ownership in Tesla and Vanguard Group Inc. owns significant shares in Apple and Tesla, Bit Capital Group is now opening its doors to everyday investors—giving you the rare chance to not only earn profits but also become a shareholder in a rising company.
And the massive disrespect to @John25 is noted.....shows exactly how low you're prepared to go.....Because my posts are now automatically moderated out of existence I repost this for fun

As long as AVZ does not publish an explicit request to shareholders that ALL shareholders must be registered with Automic in order to receive, for example, a special dividend or other special payment, I believe that custody at the custodian bank is sufficient.Yes dude. You need to do it. It's issuer held so you need to register so that the company can account for your shares and ledger them accordingly on the Automic system.
It's not hard mate. Just get on there and set it up. You were probably sent some advice last year about your SRN. Have a look for it. Once you have that, you are set. Lemon squeezy
Someone next door recently related how their ownership of an AVZ holding in his SMSF had reverted to the custodian or broker. This occurred unbeknownst to him per the fine print relating to delisting or inactivity or some such. Best check you retain control and duly transfer to Automic, the AVZ recommended holding registrar. As long as AVZ does not publish an explicit request to shareholders that ALL shareholders must be registered with Automic in order to receive, for example, a special dividend or other special payment, I believe that custody at the custodian bank is sufficient.
Normally, the bank is the registered holder, but it acts for and on behalf of the beneficial owner, which is me.
It is the same for me: my shares are held by my bank (DKB) at a custodian or partner bank.
I assume that in the event of a TO, or any kind of end to AVZ, the shareholders will be informed of how to proceed.
I would not currently transfer the shares to another broker in advance for no reason, which would also enable them to be held at Automic, and this would probably involve costs.
At the moment, however, nothing is clear and I remain on hold.
Or does anyone have any specific information about this?
If it makes a difference , your avatar picture is a thing of beauty....This is my first time hoping on a site like this and all I do is get laughed at and get criticized, well I’m not lost that happened but I’m glad it show me how clueless most are still on the stock and crypto market ,when you just want to be a good person and take an advantage.
Spare me the niceties Scoota ole mate, just show us the money son !Side note, if the chinese keep the north & the US get the south - long term it will be really good for the DRC people to have both heavy weights incentivised to work closely together and it might just keep the Chinese more honest in production. Obviously all the corrupt ***** get away with murder, but for the Manono community & overall DRC civilians it presents a really good opportunity.
It could even help ease tensions between the US & China, maybe Trump is reminding Xi with the Tariff discussions that they've allowed China to keep the North of Manono![]()
Fair pick up there papstI just checked the responds to Kobolds Linkedin post again and noticed a Zinjin Metallurgist appreciating the AVZ/Kobold deal and somehow claiming to support them. In whatever way...

I held avz shares in different trading accounts, namely comsec and ibkr. they were removed from comsec and so I set them up in automic. I contacted interactive brokers at the time to request options, they said I could leave them with them and so I have. The shares still show up in my ibkr account however they have been marked down to 0.15 though. I figure I'll leave them there also and hopefully collect the cash from my ibkr account. As long as AVZ does not publish an explicit request to shareholders that ALL shareholders must be registered with Automic in order to receive, for example, a special dividend or other special payment, I believe that custody at the custodian bank is sufficient.
