Not sure, if anything of what he says is valid...cannot believe that there is or will be an auction. Only between Chinese companies maybe, and then they are trying to screw the auction system with "arrangements".

Agreed. Running extremely close!!!!
Surely there would be no sale until our ownership and licence dramas are resolved, especially of an auction type. Otherwise why would someone pay anything near fair value to inherit this mess? And given the DRC don't seem interested to even meet with us, let alone fix the issue, I'm thinking that this is just another element of pre-AGM fairy dust, of the purest hopium variety. Cheers mate.

It will never happen now. AVZ is too small. This deposit is for a big player. No way forward other than to cash out and salvage what we can.
On today's lithium market
A Positively hopeful $1 to $1.30
B Negative 50c to 75c
C Totally Bad 20c to 45c
What it is worth when lithium demand exceeds supply again in the next 5 years
D $2 to $5
E Above $5
Would appreciate if you gave a suggestion .Just an A .B or C etc so I can still hope for an outcome and a resolution to this mess.

What if reserve is not met?
Sanctions like the EU and USA raising tariffs on Chinese EV is the way to get the message across to China.
Put a tariff in excess of 60% of any batteries using lithium from Manono and China will rethink its brown paper bags.
Maybe Trump will take a harder line on China EVs with Musk and raise tariffs.
from all the hints and winks these things are being sorted out in private, so may very well be all true and happening. so the happenings reported by geo and the others could be plausible but we've all suffered from hopium before only for it to be shot down in a ball of nothing.

It is now a state affair that the Australian government is following.
In a detailed press release of October 30, 2023 for all, AVZ Minerals provides the following update to the Company's shareholders, in Cominière, Zijin and public opinion Response to Zijin's announcement and announces the filing of an emergency decree request before an international court to secure its rights in the Dathcom Mining joint venture.

By the way mate, keep an eye out for the trolls lurking, the ones who constantly try and devalue our project and the ones who said we shouldn’t have pursued arbitration in the international courts. They’re obviously getting more frustrated at the lack of information ahead of the AGM.
As a reminder, here’s what the Fat Tail Holdings group who tried to roll our BOD said ahead of the last AGM
“THE MOVE BY THE FAT TAIL HOLDINGS GROUP IS NOT A HOSTILE ACTION”
and
“THEY DID NOT SEEK TO REMOVE SHAREHOLDERS"
Then they sent out public and private statements, social media announcements, 9 emails, videos and mailed notices to shareholders over 20 days ahead of the 2023 AGM that said….
“THE ENTIRE AVZ BOARD MUST RESIGN”
“THE POSITION OF THE INCUMBENT BOARD IS UNTENABLE”
“THEIR TIME IS UP”
“THE BOD MUST RESIGN IMMEDIATELY”
Then they went on to say that AVZ’s litigation was “COUNTER PRODUCTIVE” and “HOSTILE” and how 3 large Chinese shareholders were voting against our BOD and “explicitly supporting the appointment of MMGA-nominated directors”.
In one video they “acknowledged AVZ’s 75% interest in Dathcom and Dathomir’s apparent reneging on the contract” and ended that video by saying “We are not interested in the fairness of it” and “You know, we have no vested interest in the dispute”
One member of the Fat Tail Holdings (MMGA) Group said he “Couldn’t understand why AVZ can’t get on with Dathomir or Cominiere.”
This in spite of Cominiere breaching AVZ’s First Right of Refusal (FROR) contract and the DRC Inspector General of Finance Report showing
“VIOLATIONS”
“ACTS THAT CANNOT BE JUSTIFIED”
“ILLEGAL TRANSFERS OF MINING TITLES”
AND
“THE ILLEGAL SEIZING OF DATHCOM'S PR13359” BY COMINIERE AGAINST AVZ MINERALS.
Recently 57 million shares were acquired by Resource Capital Investments through offers that were said to be a “TAKEOVER” and then a “BUYBACK” offer.
Resource Capital Investments claimed it was “OF THE OPINION THAT NO SIGNIFICANT VALUE CAN CURRENTLY BE PLACED ON AVZ SHARES”
We have a defined lithium pegmatite deposit of 840 million tonnes (equal to 13.5 million tonnes of Li2O) multiplied by today’s price which is at a low) of US$800/tonne = $US10.8 billion.
Thats AU$15,654,000,000.00
= $15 billion 654 million Australian dollars
= > $4 per share
Li2O has been over US$8000/tonne
= Over $150 billion Australian dollars
= > $40 per share
Benchmark Minerals and other lithium analysts forecast short term future prices of between $1000-$2000/t and a future shortage in supply against demand
From what I gather from my own personal research is that the DRC have lied and colluded against us and can’t be trusted, and KoBold is interested in acquiring Manono. Apart from that I’ve got my own views on why the Locke funding hasn’t been announced yet but I’m confident we’ll get it.
I don’t have any specific sources, it’s just my opinions formed from my own research

Throw into the mix ICSID being suspended .Delayed annual report . geo and deboss both very bullish .Deboss stepping down after a month . According to Jens the US reporting they want the AVZ matter resolved . Yanks on site at Manono. Fairies in my garden .
Now on a serious note . To answer geo's question , $2.5 Bil USD .
Would AVZ continue on and invest in new projects ? Would AVZ pay out SH and close shop ? If funds are not enough to pay out all SH which one would it be ? I'm on my 4th coffee so cut me some slack .
To be fair to Geo and the big D if you 'were in the know' you can't say to much really, but you cannot help but see the sheer pain/torture of the situation for some of your mates that hold stock, especially in the case of those that are in balls and all (sry girl's
.it's & all as well) so if you say nothing we'll some might prefer that but many need that fix to get them to the next day like your morning coffee 
️ .My guess!!! only, NF most likely picked that BOD especially imo with that skill set in order to attempt to execute on a plan he and the BOD decided on probably sometime ago.
It would likely have/has many moving aspects with an mou +++ every other requirement you can think of or imagine.
So for that reason I'm sympathetic to having some tolerance to the confusion about why we still don't know what if anything is actually going on in the background.
Personally I'm happy to be given hints of what might be and try and fit it upto a working hypothesis if I can but be ready for the best laid plans to frk up, I've had my fair share i must say.
So good luck to all those here that are doing it tough and a special thought for one of our lost mates during this most torturous of times that we are being tested on and having to endure.
