So AVZ proceeds as per original timelines and is now in production. Rio comes along looking for likely M and A targets as per Arcadium. What would RIo be offering per share for AVZ?(Guessing 15 - 20 billion) The greedy, corrupt, dumb fucks in the DRC would have been pocketing 30% in tax!
