It's the same offer from Resource Capital.
It was never a 'takeover offer' as the original Australian Super emails that went around, it has always been a share purchase offer (takeovers are subject to different rules).

Each platform just has different ways of communicating and deadlines with regards to voluntary corporate actions.

Don't stress, it's nothing new.

From AVZ's announcement on 25-Jun: "The Board recommends AVZ shareholders retain your shareholding. Do not surrender your AVZ shares to this opportunistic bidder at a price that does not reflect the underlying value of your shares."

AVZ's credibility will be totally shot if they offer the same price to shareholders.

I have met @John25 personally at the previous AGM, really nice bloke, kept us all amused with his great humour before AVZ suspension and after on HC & TSE forums......... everyone knew he had health issues, but never in a million years did i think we would be discussing his death .

Really sad he wasnt able to enjoy retirement with his AVZ wealth, forced to go back to full time work due to the crooks from Cominiere / Zijin / MAGA brigade etc stealing it from him, almost certain that this stressful 2+yr suspension + work commitments at his age, caused his demise.....

You will be missed my friend.

Hoping your family will eventually benefit from your investment in AVZ down the road.

If AVZ doesn't inform its SH's of a buy back, or take over, it is simply a scam.
No need to get excited.

Maybe inform IG that their name is being used by fraudulent desperados, who are using their business name and thereby bringing IG into disrepute might make them rectify this BS.

As mentioned before, I expect the carrotdick will make more attempts before the next AGM, until they have their required quantity.
The previous offer ran out 1-07-2024 and this offer runs out 8-07-2024
So we don't have to be rocket scientists to understand that their previous attempt was not successful and we are highly likely going to get weekly offers.

One question, where the fuk is huge lips?
Is he on holidays in Cardwell?

Dudbrook is highly likely fukked over in the Caribbean by a huge Jamaican fast bowler.

Will this continued attempt to rat f--k us and the BoD have any impact on AVZ securing $$$$?

Surely the first sentence here should come under some legal scrutiny. Someone purporting to be someone else to attempt to mislead others can't be legal. In the business sense shouldn't ASIC look at this?
Hoping AVZ lawyers have had a good read and adding to the list of future law suits.

Anyone thinking of selling hopefully would reach out to SH on here for a discussion and not believe the $0.01 dribble coming from our detractors/MMGA/Fat tail/ Zijin/ Carrotdick and others.

I agree hopefully I can also see some cash before I go , now already 2 years back full time work in construction at 65 years after being semi retired at 60 , they are a pack of low life inhuman un Australian pricks they will get theirs one day . RIP peace John , condolences to the family .
