AVZ Discussion 2022

Because of the latest CAMI news in the past few days, my opinion is that the north is past for us. In an MoU, that will be publishes in the coming week, we will see, that we are a big part of the south area and get the ML for that. The condition for that are, to waive of the north, and to stop the ICC cases in Paris.
I share the opinion from Beisha. We have lost a big part of the project, but we haven't let everything. The south has enough resources for us to become a miner in the DRC. in the early December wi will trade again.

Its all my opinion, but it is not to unlikely.
Hi Ulli,

Is there any chatter in the German press about the recent developments and CAMI changes?
Cheers!

I never stated that we have lost a big part of the project.....folks can deduce, but no one knows for fact !

Losing a big part of the project wouldnt align with what the AVZ bod stated below.......;)

Entry into MOU will be a significant step towards the development of the Manono project, it will also maintain positive working relationships with all stake holders.

I believe AVZ will be granted the ML for Roche Dure and have a role in the exploration of CDL, to what capacity, percentage wise and with whom is up for conjecture.

Hopefully , the crystal ball becomes a bit clearer come the AGM.

Just my opinion, nothing else.

Yeah maybe going to be the mother of all average downs.
Not for Gina, she already has 19.9% holdings, she would have to up the stakes and make a formal TO of LTR should she average down.

imo

No, nothing. I only watch the CAMi website and the Postings on "X".
If there is in the future, I will let all of you know.

So you know when you have reoccurring nightmares and one of them just happens to coincide with a wet dream? then you wake up not sure if you are scared or horny?

Yeah this isn't one of those times, but just wanted to check if anyone else knew the feeling. Shit is probably going to get heavy in the next few days, but remember everyone, Cominiere is acting in breach of ICC Emergency Injunction, ICSID can overturn termination of Dathcom voiding all pursuant actions, which includes Cominiere sole ownership of 13359 and the sale for north.

Manono Lithium SAS 31/69 JV between C and ZJ.

Yes welcome @Ulli you picked a good time too join in…. Lots of vulnerable suckers for you to fool here I’m afraid

Yes pity your English wasn’t better I’m sure that’s the real reason you mistakenly misquoted @BEISHA 😉

Oh by the way, the MOU from AVZ won’t be coming out this week, but what you mentioned might

How do I know…. Because I’m not a fucken troll, I know what’s going on, and oh yeh, that’s right Peter Carrotdick told me

Say g’day to fat pete the coke head and hopefully our spies with the cameras will get some more footage of Carrotdick, perhaps with someone giving him the old Benny Hill pat on the head

Yeah Beisha specifically stated that he thought we hadn't lost the north. As 9card points out well even with these new developments of a Zijin and Cominiere JV in the north there is still the potential of the ICSID awarding Dathcom its rights back, us winning a reinstatement of the Dathcom JVA within the DRC after the ICC confirms it isn't terminated or Felix coming in over the top of the MoM with a presidential order if there is an MoU for battery production in the works.

31/69. Sneaky CKK got another 2% out of them. He's not that stupid after all lol

G'day my good sir, I love your language, I wish I had the patience to learn more of it!

It may end up as you say but I'd hold off yet on claiming we have lost the north and have to look across the town and those scum at Zijin every day.
The show's not over yet and I think there's more plays to be had.

I think BoD should fight for what's right, even though I'm desperate to access my funds, very desperate, it's not right to just give up and accept what would amount to be an unbelieveable theft, valued in the BILLIONS!
I believe they will, I believe they are holding ace cards with the ICSID as a wild card.
The enemy is playing for time.

There's a move about to play out and I think it's going to be the MMGA crew offering a way out and back to trading with a licence for the south and dropping all cases. If the AVZ BoD decide to reject this deal and insist on legal process to establish our rights... well that might be a hard sell to shareholders after this lengthy suspension.
All the bad actors will be going hard telling everyone that AVZ will get nothing but years and years of litigation and unlikely to ever get a payout.

That verses a ML for a MASSIVE pegmatite of high grade lithium?
If that ends up being the ultimatum at the AGM, then the MMGA guys are probably going to win.

I assume this is the plan, because if those guys are offering nothing but words about a reset ? No one is voting for them.
But if they're offering a way out with a ML for the south and back to trading? I think they will have a slam dunk.

If that's how this is to play out, Nigel would have to concede.
Even if we are indeed holding all the cards to restore our rights, with all the frightening messages they'll be throwing out, well I can't see enough shareholders holding strong.

I try to remind myself at the end of the day that it's just business.

If we only get the south in the end, you know what I don't give a fuck really, whatever. It's still incredible value.
I got no say in how it turns out anyway.
And I just want out of this unbelieveably ridiculous situation and the shithole that is the DRC.
I feel so terrible for the people that live there under such massive corruption.

Felix's is still an unknown, he may end up being true to his word on anti-corruption, but then again maybe not. After all how does a system of corrupt filth let someone promoting anti-corruption rise to be president? :cautious:

All just my musings and I wish us all good fortune in this!

Tschüss!

Well fuck me sideways. And I thought it was going to another quiet Sunday night.

We’ve got infiltrators, investigators, drug dealers and fat Leonard on a camera.

We’ve got golden oldies, rocking tunes, obewan bond and a few goons.

Weve got mad mick the dick spruiking bullshit on a paid piece suggesting AFR is a reputable tabloid.
Comon mick, you know what Kerry said about them 😉.
Ya dick.

Now I guess we’re just waiting for Tommy the turd to enter from stage left to wet himself.

MMGA getting ahead of themselves, trying to make it look like the north is being separated (CDL from RD) so they can propose making a deal and selling it to Zijin?

Franck seems to be wondering if Huljich is currently in the DRC….

Perhaps lunch at the Fleuve with Cong, Loando and Math?

By the way Huljich, your ex wife doesn’t like you does she 😉

Some people make informed comments and some people just give their opinions based on what they ‘think’

And then some people give the trolls air and welcome them in as though they are long lost relatives who have turned up to help

That’s enough to make me think I’ve personally had enough, you can only give so many clues…. sick of trying to help some people here

There's no guarantee MMGA would cut a deal before they resumed trading imo

Wouldn't put it past any or all of them to be short
