I was surprised there wasn't a counterclaim by us against Zijin for the first ICC, but ICC doesn't really have a mechanism for that.
I'm personally hoping to just go for criminal charges once we get things resolved and throwing all the detractors into a human-centipedesque scenario - the most apt way for them to eat shit.
Personally i'm less interested about locking them up (if it's in the DRC it would be a short lived tenure anyway) than I am either claiming a damages payout to go towards the CAPEX of building the mine, or to be paid out as a special dividend to shareholders for having our funds locked up and the asset frozen for 2+ years.
Like others have mentioned here before, if this shitshow finally gets resolved one day, all these losers that delayed us won't share a second of thought in my head anymore.
Anyway, the AGM isn't far away now so I think the overall focus should start to lean more towards making a list of constructive questions to ask at the AGM. I think by now we all know the corrupt piles of shit the BoD have been up against, so rather than wasting question time on trying to grill them over their bonuses and such (we will only get generic answers), it would be more worthwhile trying to get snippets of real answers.
- What's the situation about this power plant, and will their be legal action initiated?
- There's been lots of talk from King Julien about the battery industry, are we still at the table and having conversations about this because they don't have any lithium elsewhere?
- Still yet to see or hear anything about the lithium hydroxide feasibility study that was completed, is this to be built in the DRC as part of the supply chain with King Julien?
- Since the announcement where we were in talks with the ambassador-designate to the DRC, have we had further support from the Australian government?
- How aware are ASIC/FIRB/ASX and other Australian authorities of the recent evidence that
@MoneyBags1348 has supplied and are they willing to take action?
- Has the American gov been in touch at all since they signed the MoU with the DRC and Zambia and part of that was to do with eliminating corruption?
