I just wanted to broaden my english language.........I guess i fall into that " fucking numptie " category .....;)
Crack me up Beish.....I had a second glance at that word too!!! :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

The way I see it, the partners and arrangements that was Dathcom is unworkable with Cominiere. A ML can't be issued with the current arrangements.
So a new deal has had to be brokered for everyone to move forward, and this is basically this MoU.
Rumors and whispered of new partners months ago like CMOC, and even that other state mining org I cant think of right now.
New percentages, new handshakes and new alliances have had to be brokered and agreed upon, as well as all the fine details before something solid can be put forward to the DRC MoM and CAMI.

Once this is all agreed upon and signed, the ML should follow very swiftly.

But it does need a new framework, which is the MoU.

Dathcom JV is a thing of the past. IMHO (Until something new is signed in)
Lets hope it happens before the AGM . Talk is cheap .

The most important thing to me is supporting Nigel and the current BOD because I’ve been invested in stocks for long enough to know what’s important for my investment
Don't make me laugh.

Surely being in possession of such sensitive information your first port of call should have been to Nigel and the Board, if you really did "know what's important to my investment".

Its only now your missus gets to know what predicament AVZ is in ?
She never listens to me at the best of times. I do regularly update her, but when it gets delivered by mail there must be some truth in it, according to her.

That’s why I’m waiting at the letterbox, to collect and destroy disinformation before it gets to the wrong hands

Agree Azzler .
Franck on twitter mentioned months ago about CMOC .
This would be an amicable solution to DRC as still provides Chinese involvement .
Eliminates Zijin / Comminiere involvement.
Just need decision with ICC to finalize it.

Frank did indeed drop a very big lollie. Its significance was under-appreciated here and elsewhere (assuming the info was well-informed).
It was probably the single best thing I had seen from a journo during this shit-show. Hopefully we remain on the pathway to that (or a similar) outcome.

Bit of info from Wikipedia

The Federation of Businesses of the Congo (French: Fédération des entreprises du Congo) is the main employers' organization in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Established in 1997, it had 2, 700 members in 2010.[1] It received financial support from the French Development Agency in 2010.[2] Its president is Albert Yuma.[3]

President is Albert Yiuma

Albert Yuma Mulimbi (born July 30, 1955) is a Congolese businessman, economist and former chairman at the state-owned mining company Gecamines.[1][2][3] An International Labour Organization dignitary,[4] he is the chairman of the Congolese Employers Federation, Democratic Republic of the Congo's biggest business lobby group.

In late April 2019, Jeune Afrique reported that Yuma was recommended by former DRC President Joseph Kabila, whose coalition controls the majority in the Parliament, to the incumbent President Félix Tshisekedi as a potential Prime Minister.[5] His candidacy was rejected in favour of Sylvestre Ilunga.

In December 2021, Albert Yuma was ousted from the presidency of Gécamines.[6][7]

Anyone got any ground contacts in Manano? Would love to get some clarity and/or refute CKKs claim that Zijin is already on the ground prepping for or working on Mpiana Mwanga
