T-bag reporting adversely on his mates? I don’t think so,

He has his colours nailed to the mast. It was be fun watching these clowns squirm and lawyer up as it all unravels.
I would love to hammer Tommy's testicles, if he has any, to the top of the bloody mast, without anaestesia.

The major shareholder is on our side of the fence Doc, and holding all the evidence, including this photo where the meeting took place….

By the way, it is that person who deserves all the credit

I’m hoping shareholders will now share this information across all media sites

If you look at T20 and assuming Yibin, LP, Hauyou and others will Chinese names vote yes, there’s a total of 733m shares. If only 1.3b voted last AGM, that equates to over 50% and they would get in.

I’m sure the Board will do an extensive campaign soon and may be even good to hire a company to reach out to all shareholders to outline the importance of voting. I’m sure everyone here will assist as well. Hell, I’ll even get a copy of the register and ring each one individually.

Seems to me these treacherous career criminals of Rat Tail Holdings are no better than Cominière, this should not be allowed to happen in an Australian publicly listed company.
Sink the rats along with their mates boatman and Tommy Turd Burglar and sue the arse off all of them. It's looking decidedly like all these fucks are colluding with Chinese interests to rob Aussie investors by elaborate means of deception and theft.

Given FIRB are clearly aware and interested in what’s happening with AVZ, I presume they’d be looking to intervene in this scenario? Also presume the board would have informed them.
Not sure exactly what they can do in this strange situation though.
Sorry if this has been covered. And epic work MB.

You would have to assume mmga are approaching other large shareholders as well.

Trying every underhanded dirty trick they can, to gain control of Manono.

What a bunch on pricks.

I'm interested to see if FIRB reacts to this development at all and correct me if I'm wrong, but FIRB have blocked Chinese members on AVZ's board previously???

Just found something cool which might be helpful for others. If you click and hold on the post number it gives you a link you can copy/share to the actual post and goes straight to it - which is brilliant! I plan on sending MB post to everyone I know who has AVZ (quite a few). Also will be responding to Twitter with the link to MB post. Much easier when they don’t have to scroll.

Pic below but here is the link too:

Though it’s tempting to link to the post directly before Mb’s which is Sammy’s dog shit on MMGA, then they can scroll from there, for better effect. A picture says a thousand words eh.

Chinese Involvement In AVZ BOD Takeover

Now that AVZ Minerals has released its latest announcement regarding the deliberate false claims by the Chinese funded BOD nominees, I would like to address a few matters of great seriousness and consequence.

Firstly I must just say that I am proud to be an AVZ supporter amongst other great AVZ supporter’s. It is very important that shareholders realise that AVZ has had an unprecedented amount of corruption to fight and it’s important that shareholders let go of personal gripes and stand united in this fight and I will now share with shareholders what I know….

In early August, a large shareholder was approached by Leonard Math on behalf of Peter Huljich and others, to see if they were interested in gathering other large shareholders and backing them to overthrow the current BOD. If they could not get 5% for an EGM, they would nominate for BOD positions.

A meeting took place at Northbridge Chinese Restaurant in Perth on Sunday 6th August 2023 between Bin Guo, Leonard Math and a major shareholder acting on behalf of others with shares totalling around 60 million.

Peter Huljich was not at the meeting as he told Leonard Math he could not be seen in attendance because of a restraint of trade clause from when he departed AVZ. Simon Cong and Guy Loando are backing this along with certain Chinese companies.

Peter Huljich and Leonard Math are acting as their front men. One key point was…. No Asian sounding names were to vote for an EGM as this would attract the interest of FIRB.

Bin Guo wanted to see some progress to free up shares for sale and is backing Huljich, Math and the other nominess. Yibin Tianyi and Lithium Plus are apparently involved in trying to out the current BOD.

It was also made clear that, if Huljich and the other nominess got in, there was NO guarantee of them getting the mining license, even with the backing of Simon Cong. Peter Huljich and Leonard Math were offered a large number of performance shares (millions) if they could get this across the line.

The major shareholder in attendance was also offered an incentive (to be discussed) if he could convince other significant holder's to back a new BOD.

I have been fortunate enough to have been taken into the confidence of a number of shareholders who have shared information with me, and believe the Chinese are funding the whole thing.

The arbitration proceedings have begun

avz-projektgelaende-be6d4.jpg

AVZ Minerals continues to deny that Jin Cheng Mining is a shareholder in Dathcom and therefore a co-owner of the Manono project.

The dispute between AVZ Minerals Ltd. took place before the International Court of Arbitration in Paris on October 5th and 6th. (ASX: AVZ, FSE: 3A2) and Jin Cheng Mining held a hearing. The lawyers for both parties will now examine the minutes and, if necessary, submit further written submissions.

In these proceedings, initiated by AVZ International(????WTF!!), the wholly owned subsidiary of AVZ Minerals, the jurisdiction of the arbitral tribunal in this issue is disputed. AVZ International has objected to the jurisdiction of the court on the grounds that Jin Cheng Mining is not entitled to resort to arbitration, in particular because the company is not a shareholder of Dathcom, given the alleged acquisition of its 15% stake from Cominière was ineffective and in violation of AVZ International's right of first refusal.

The responsible sole arbitrator will set a timetable for the proceedings in the coming weeks. AVZ Minerals will inform its shareholders about this as soon as details are available. As previously communicated, AVZ Minerals remains confident that AVZ International's challenge to jurisdiction will be successful.

This would mean that Jin Cheng Mining does not have the right to initiate the ICC arbitration against AVZ International as the company only claims to be a shareholder of Dathcom but in fact is not one because AVZ Minerals' right of first refusal was overridden.

This case was actually initiated by fukkin thieving Jin Cheng, they wanted a seat on the board of Dathcom!!
Is this misinformation created to indicate AVZ is taking every man and his dog to court and therefore putting AVZ in a bad light with investors?

I thought AVZ's ASX release made it pretty clear who instigated the ICC hearing, which AVZ contests!

With all the ridiculous shit that's going down behind the scenes. Its becoming glaringly obvious the CCP has called in the various Chinese entities to work together on procuring Manono .

All this effort and shady scheming, if these cretins would just offer a fair price, they know how much its worth hence all the illegal efforts to gain it, just fucking pay up you arrogant fuckwits. (a real fair price that the BOD know its worth)

That wont happen....

So a MOU would prove somewhat handy around now-ish, which can then quickly lead to an ML, while we are at it, a resolution to the ICC arbitration before the AGM too PLZ.

What a shitshow, fucking BOD look like they are gonna beat me to the asylum at this rate
