AVZ Discussion 2022

Zijin didn't know . They were offered the 15% by Cominiere ."We are so Sorry ". F--k you Cominiere . You ried to us . Make us look like son of bitch . Now you must give us everything or we tell everyone about snacks and munchies .
100% their defence. And they would have gotten away with it too if it wasn't for that audio file of them conspiring with CKK. That's why it is inconceivable to me that Zijin released it. It torpedoes their only viable argument at the ICC. There's only 1 party involved in this entire saga with the motivation and capability to make that tape public.

Tom Richardson is no journalist he is indeed a fool. One has to wonder about the AFR employing crap like him. While I'm about it the AFR is more about sensational reporting than actual quality and people tend to swallow this crap newspaper line and sinker.
Some quality reply’s to Tommy 🤣

Call me cynical, a pessimist, negative Nelly even, but im still expecting some BS reason for the proceedings to be further delayed by Zijin.

Car accident..
Sick dog..
Alien abduction..
Arrest for criminal activity.. ;)

I guess we will find out soon.

Same I'm expecting the same. Very surreal to finally have a court case happen.

Newspapers the world over are struggling to adapt to changes in their business model. When you relentlessly cut costs to stay afloat journalism suffers and we end up with old mate T-bag spewing his half-truths (and careful omissions of fact).

Newsrooms were fully funded when the majority of big name organisations became cheerleaders for the illegal invasion of Iraq. Journalists have always been idiots. Funding is no excuse.

That's the guy who was impersonating you Jag.

Someone call him out please, he's now trying to camofalge in with investors by hating on Tommy, in the hope we don't call him out, cause Tommy's a right cunt.
His real motive is to pretend to be an AVZ investor making death threats against CKK, which can be used against us, which is what he's hoping to achieve.
I could sware this account is a dark character of Der Geist.

And I see Oil&Gas is posting again, who is defo Der Geist. Interesting cooincidence.

With this preliminary hearing will we get a preliminary verdict or preference to one side?

It's a preliminary question to determine the jurisdictional challenge by AVZ not a preliminary hearing per se. If AVZ win the jurisdictional challenge and it is established that Zijin have never been in Dathcom then part 2 that would deal with Zijin's claim that AVZ should recognise them in Dathcom would not proceed. Whoever wins this preliminary question is in the box seat for all the other cases imo

I think they're asking when can we expect a verdict on this preliminary question. Are we to expect a verdict within these two days?

I have no idea. Hopefully Zijin bitch out and drop their claim so we get the W tonight. My guess if not is the result will be known way before an official verdict is released through Franck Fwamba like the MMCS case was.

You don't own/run newspaper to make money. There's much better things to invest in if you want more money.

Owning a media producer is all about controlling the narrative of what people think and who they will be voting for at the next election. You want the right guy running the country so your other investments remain profitable. That means taking a loss on the media company so your other investments continue to make huge profits.

Funnily enough, China is credited with starting the 'media' as once their empire became too large for news to travel by word of mouth in a timely manner they created documents that were sent out across the country to inform the people what the government were doing and why they were awesome. If you control the media, you control the narrative.

Does that sound like what we've seen unfold in front of us?

Lets explore that.........

I reckon MMGA could get the backing of Yibin and Huayou plus minority chinese holdings possibly..........amounting to 460 - 480m votes per se.

The question will be, where does the insto votes get directed ........MMGA or AVZ BOD ?

HSBC collective ........263m
BNP Paribas collective........330m
JP Morgan..........139m
Citicorp.....119m
Lithium plus ..........176m

Surely the article that @Nellie17 posted yesterday of PH plus all the other intel shared here abot the slimey fucker would make this situation a no brainer, ............but ?
I can say with total confidence that being a T20 holder with a Chinese name doesn't automatically mean that holder is China backed or will vote against the current BOD

When JP Morgan (7th biggest holder in our top 20 shareholders) and these other investment banks speculate that there’s more pain for lithium stocks, it’s right before they start to buy them up.

The biggest manipulators of stocks I have seen in my years of trading. Watch them increase their holdings in lithium companies following this.

Lithium sentiment has been so crap, I reckon our SP would be around the 50c mark if we were trading as normal without this circus.

We would still be a few months shy of first shipment, assuming no unforeseen delays in construction (i.e. 18 months of no issues). Also, we would not start at 10mtpa off the bat (that would be another few years off at best).

Link to watch ICC live.

Correct me if I am wrong, but this stream is for the wrong ICC (International Criminal Court) not what we are in, which is the ICC (International Chamber of Commerce).

Off original timelines from 4+ years ago we would have been producing for years by now
