Ok, I've taken on board what you and retro have posted and I think what you say is misleading. Bear with me, I'm no expert

The Chair only picks up undirected votes in certain circumstances, as you have shown in a later post, but it's a minimal number usually, based on all those conditions in 14.2.2

My position on this is (and I have voted ASX meetings by proxy for yonks, and have rallied shareholders to make sure they appoint proxies) you MUST complete your proxy if you don't intend voting at the meeting. By proxy, you can appoint anyone, or the Chair and you can direct that person how you wish to vote, OR NOT.

My main point is if you do nothing prior to the meeting to appoint a proxy, whether directed or undirected, then you aren't having your say

Typically only 30% of eligible votes are made on resolutions, so IMO, we may need to marshall the troops

If these clowns can marshall 30% of shares in their favour, we will need to rally the troops to lodge proxies, with direction (as @cruiser51 says) to make sure of retaining the best board on the ASX, if it gets to being on the agenda

In your example from last years meeting, tell me where the other 2 billion votes went - they are certainly not all excluded by conflict of interest - they just didn't vote at the meeting or didn't appoint proxies

This may be fucking important

Our $$$ is at stake here, the only option is for us to rally the troops and put it out there on both here and HC & twitter, FB, community notice boards, shop windows.
We need to be clear it's our fucking company and show these bastards that. So come time to vote we have mobilised our SH and we are all clear on what to do !!

I hope before it gets to that point we may have some resolution, if not then will meet in person, perhaps in the dark alley of Valley. I will make sure the heavy hitters in my local group, those who are not part of TSE and HC are aware and they know what and how to vote.

Proxy discretion is where voters appoint chair or someone else, with no direction on how they will vote, thereby leaving it to the proxy.

Everyone should get their head around section 14 of the Constitution (from page 36) and absolutely make sure we do not let ANY of the slimy fuckers involved with the thieving and corrupt MMGA movement achieve a position on the Board of AVZ Minerals

https://static1.squarespace.com/sta...2/AVZ+Proposed+Constitution+November+2019.pdf

MMGA are a desperate collection of individuals who have their own financial agenda for Manono that does NOT include you
MMGA do not act in the interests of LT AVZ holders
MMGA want to steal Manono and flog it for peanuts
MMGA is aligned with corruption and nefarious business practices
MMGA is veiled in secrecy and its backers are largely unknown
MMGA want your money and do not care how they get it
MMGA and their activities can cause you substantial financial harm
Absolutely agreed, MMGA are a bunch of fools who will sell us LT SHs out the minute they get into the board, and the fact that they’ve launched this bid this late into the game smacks of desperation and should tell everyone everything they should know abt Peter H and his bunch of clowns.

They’re searching for votes in every which corner because they know they don’t have anywhere near the sufficient votes to make it in atm, hence all the hullabaloo abt “representing SHs’ best interests lately”.

If Peter and his clowns were so committed, why did Peter resign under the threat of being voted off the board by large holders in the first place? Where was he all this time over the last year and a half since suspension? Why didn’t he make an attempt last year to assist the BoD in any capacity whatsoever?

His long absence and timing on joining this fight at the very last moment right before the AGM this year when our BoD have been working tirelessly to bring us finally across the line (and we are so very close), is testament to his complete lack of commitment and professional competence, as well as his lack of contrition for the acrimonious conditions under which he left AVZ last time around. Let’s not reward this clown for all the damage he’s already done to the company and the best interests of SHs, him and his pack of goblins deserve to be left in the dust.

Could someone representing AVZ shareholders organise a court case against Peter Hudjuct?

Go AVZ!
There's a decent % that have trouble spelling the name Peter Huljich (cunt)

I suggest we just call him PH from now on and put the fucking acid on him....

How did his shares get to Fat Tail
Would presume an odd market transfer.

That's still possible when the shares are suspended.

I did it from myself to my trust.

Well yes, that’s the easy part. I would like know if it was an outright sale, if so at what price, and how did Fat Tail fund it. If a loan from PH, does he have any relevant interest still? Is there an agreement to buy back?

If he has ANY beneficial relationship then he has nominated himself illegally

Just my cynical thoughts, as AVZ mentioned an ASSOCIATION between PH and Fat Tail exists

What does that mean? They are sleeping together?

Edit: I should state that according to Sir Les, 5m of shares have left EQUITY PLAN SERVICES recently. PH had 5m held by this registry, being 0.14%. Fat Tail owns same %

Just wondering if anyone out there got the PH and acid reference?

Or is it just too obtuse?....

I probably need to get a life

Would it be effective to submit a letter (if we can rally the support from the previous 'letter' owner plus our shareholders petition) to the company requesting to dismiss the director nomination? Just a thought but I don't know it would work legally.
