The release issued by the three stooges may as well have been written by Zijin and Cominiere - with a dollop of Klaus - and there is little doubt in my mind that they have the ultimate intention of supporting the Chinese in their attemptee takeover of Manono in a greedy and unethical bid to line their own pockets.

Sure, the disclosure record of AVZ management has been woeful, as many of us have complained about before, and the sales of shares whilst information is being withheld is troubling, but these issues are simply being used in this instance to provide a perceived veneer of legitimacy to this clear attempt to subvert the rightful interests of shareholders and the company.

There is no way we should provide these jokers, who obviously want to pull the rug out from under our feet, with any influence over company decision making.

ICSID and ICC are applying pressure, which IMO is where we will find any traction towards a negotiated outcome with DRC authorities, and as such it's no surprise that these obvious proxies of Chinese and other nefarious interests focus so much attention in their missive about abandoning the arbitration efforts.

MB is shining a massive light on the corruption and bad actors involved in the terrible situation AVZ is currently facing

Getting the word out to social media, forums, participants in DRC mining Conferences many many different parties as to the issues inherent in the corrupt DRC mining system

This is putting pressure on the DRC and the bad actors to clean up their act. It is bringing to light the endemic corruption and the illegal tactics of the many players and countries involved

This in turn assists AVZ and the board to continue to fight for the "right" and legally correct outcomes to be achieved though the application of DRC law, International law and the DRC mining code

I think he's done a hell of a job assembling information, highlighting the truth behind blatant lies and countering the massive co-ordinated program of mis-information that has been orchestrated to undermine AVZ and steal Manono from under shareholders and the good people of the DRC's collective feet

I have read your posts, just opinions, not one with any research behind it and most either negative sentiment or asking for someone else to provide you with information.

If you seriously think all the information gathered on these threads as well as information that is shared in private hasn’t put pressure on the corrupt entities behind the scenes and helped the company then I suggest you change your profile name to something that suggests you don’t know much about stock investing

If you seriously wanted information you would have started by providing some yourself and earning people’s trust

If you’re fishing to find out if I really know who is behind these nominees, you’re using the wrong bait and if you want to vote for the corrupt clowns you’d be better addressing them than me

Apart from Germany stockpiling oil and gas China is doing the same, it even gets some of its cheap oil from the U.S.

Germany has had to create alternate energy (gas) supply partners... not too long ago, they were overly-dependent on Russia for supplies (Nord stream 1), however have now partnered with Norway, Belgium and Netherlands... Germany has always stockpiled gas!

The ICC ruled in Dig Oils favour which the DRC gov ignored . Dig Oil then took them to court in the USA and the DRC gov wouldn't show up losing the case again this time by default . No point showing up or paying lawyers in a case you can't win .

After which:

Contracts mean sh1t in the DRC . AVZ has been ripped off and is now being ignored . Apparently Nigel is sorting it out .

Is it fair to compare Dig Oils situation to AVZ's ? AVZ being a high profile case internationally with a globally significant deposit worth multiple Billions $$ . Dig Oil on the other hand being quite the opposite . Does this difference make it harder for Felix to throw AVZ on the sh1t heap ? Unlike Dig Oils .

I think the general point is that even though we haven't had an outcome yet everything that everyone does in the background potentially helps us (AVZ and shareholders) to move towards getting the outcome we all desperately want in the soonest possible timeframe
