Tshisekedi sur le contrat chinois : « ce partenariat n'était ni profitable à la RDC ni à la Chine»
Félix Tshisekedi espère donner un autre élan à la coopération économique et commerciale entre son pays et la Chine.
Zijin would be more than happy to pay that for control of Manono imoWhoever's idea it was to claim for $850M damages in the latest bullshit circle jerk did pretty well by my counts.
Edit: Even without the premium we reserve for Zijin, they would be looking at 4.2 billion to buy us out at their damages calculation.
Would be nice, but I think if they were out we would know about it by now. IMO. Also that Cominiere Twitter account is not acting like they are out, more like AVZ will be out - which I think is total bs.That's all very ponderous, however here's what is most interesting to me...
They're sueing, saying that they're out of the game, as are Cominiere.
Loss of future earnings? that indicates neither of them are part of Manono project anymore.... I mean, right?
$12Over on the other channel there was a post surmising that there has been too much bad blood between Cominiere and Zijin for $Avz to entertain a TO at this stage which has now been moderated and deleted, another poster questioned this which has also been moderated and deleted. Wondering if a TO is in fact in train and progressing behind closed doors?
Someone has to mine it
Look, im not going to lie. At $12 I WILL go quietly into the night.$12
Bad blood ?
Maybe just a tiny almost insignificant drop.

I'm sure any possible minor quarrels can be resolved at $12.

Félix Tshisekedi: "My ambition is to industrialize my country, to develop it"Pardon me for giving FT the benefit of the doubt in his mandate for extinguishing corruption, creating a battery hub and giving the locals a reason to vote for him in the up coming election....
China trip with IGF report in hand to give President evil would of been a great opportunity to do just that.
We will find out soon enuff if FT is Chinas puppet or the real deal.......

Félix Tshisekedi: "My ambition is to industrialize my country, to develop it"
President Félix-Antoine Tshisekedi said this Sunday, May 28 that his “ambition is to industrialize his country and develop it”.
The Congolese head of state told the Congolese press in Shenzhen at the end of his four-day visit to the People's Republic of China.
According to him, this development goes through industrialization.
“I think China can be a good partner to support us. There are also other partners.
But China was the quickest to come and we are not going to close the door to a partner who is willing to accompany us.
This is how I responded directly, responded to this invitation from President Xi Jinping,” explained Félix-Antoine Thisekedi.
For him, this development also involves setting up in the DRC, processing industries for raw materials produced in the country:
“Industrialization is important to me because that is where development happens.
Industrialization begins with the transformation or creation of wealth at home.
The creation of value chains for products extracted in the DRC must be done in the DRC.
It will create wealth and jobs and it will benefit our economy.
This is my dream, this is my wish and I'm ready to do anything to get there."
