Jag har irriterat mig på deras lögner och felinformation under lång tid. Så jag tyckte att det var trevligt att se i deras officiella dokument vad jag hade grävt upp då och om och om igen.

Ups, I meant:
I've been annoyed by their lies and misinformation for a long time. So I thought it was nice to see in their official documents what I had dug up then and again.

Bastards. Not only is their claim a lie, the impact of it (even if it were true, which it isnt) is also a lie. Imagine we would fulfill environmental restrictions in the same manner... we would get tared and feathered.

Over the years, I have taken out this map with the small blue dot at the bottom right many times. Did you not believe me when I talked about that or their false information 🤭 😁😉

By the way, the dot is not a scribble. I set the pixels individually in max zoom at the time, according to the specifications for the requested area.

They have also tried to interpret the Odlingsgränsen border differently or incorrectly than it is defined. The government is making this clear.
They are not becoming more trustworthy or the key to the solution, as Amnesty proclaims, in this way and with this behaviour.
They also accuse Talga of behaving disrespectfully towards them. I won't comment on whether this statement can be trusted, if only because I can't judge it from a distance, because I don't trust Talga to do so and because it no longer matters.
Now focus on the very last hurdle.
That will fall.

One more thought.
I wondered when I read about the argument that Talga has to pass the national interest of the reindeer routes with the transport to the !stock pile! the two halls for the material from the exploration (Svappavaara 6:6). My thought was immediately, why attach that. The material is to be transported to Lulea processed.
I just had a thought. Talga is now allowed to mine in principle. Of course, only when the mining master, the head of Bergsstaten, has ceremonially opened the mine as the final step.
The plan only seems to be necessary for the construction measures and of course the land allocation (last step in this process, as far as I understand it).
So once the ceremony has been held, Talga could order the excavators and trucks again and transport the material to the stock pile halls, would have to process externally as before and put into production. And that without the plan, immediately legally after the ceremony. That's my thought.
May be wrong. But the antis' lawyer is/was a bit cunning. Maybe that's why they brought up this strange topic. The halls are just an improvisation after all. But maybe something more. Maybe they could call in the diggers soon.
Who knows. I don't. Just a thought. Actually more something for our discreet chat corner, but 💁‍♂️

Don't cut ” plague ” in Vittangi – the county administrative board makes the mine's detailed plan

Updated today 12:38Published today 12:36
Kiruna Municipality wanted to check the detailed plan for the graphite mine in Vittangi. But the government with Minister of Infrastructure Andreas Carlsson at the head thinks that the municipality is too slow – and gives the assignment to the county administrative board instead.
On June 3, Kiruna Municipal Council Mats Taaveniku ( S ) told them that they themselves wanted to handle the detailed plan.
– It was plague or cholera and we have chosen plague, he said.

The statement was based on the fact that the Social Democrats were previously opposed to that particular proposal but changed because they did not want to give the assignment to any other authority.
– We cannot hand over the responsibility to a county administrative board where Kiruna is, in the worst case, completely unknown, Taaveniku said.

Think it will take too long

But the government does not agree with this and is now giving the assignment to the county administrative board.
– It is important that a detailed plan can be adopted as soon as possible and the task of drawing up a plan proposal therefore goes on to the County Administrative Board, says Minister of Infrastructure and Housing Andreas Carlsson ( KD ).
He continues:
– Graphite is an important mineral in battery production and green conversion. The area represents a national interest in the extraction of valuable substances and materials.
The County Administrative Board shall report the proposal for a detailed plan to the Government Offices as soon as possible. The decision can then be made by the government.

The official announcement and it's ahead of the deadline, wonders will never cease.

Press release fromthe Ministry of Rural Affairs and Infrastructure

The County Administrative Board will develop a detailed plan that enables graphite mining

Published13 June 2025

The Government has decided that the County Administrative Board of Norrbotten County will develop a proposal for a detailed plan that will enable mining operations at the graphite deposit Nunasvaara in Vittangi. The County Administrative Board will be given the task because Kiruna Municipality will not be able to adopt the current detailed plan within the time set by the Government.

"It is important that a detailed plan can be adopted as soon as possible, and the task of producing a plan proposal therefore goes on to the County Administrative Board. Graphite is an important mineral in battery production and the green transition. The area is of national interest for the extraction of valuable substances and materials," says Minister for Infrastructure and Housing Andreas Carlson.

"Sweden has the most sustainable mining industry in the world, it is ethically sustainable, environmentally sustainable and has good working conditions. Despite high demand for almost all metals, very few new mines are being started in Sweden. With this decision, I hope that Sweden will get its 14th mine," says Minister for Energy and Enterprise Ebba Busch.

In January 2025, the Government decided, on the basis of Chapter 11. Section 15 of the Planning and Building Act to order Kiruna municipality to adopt a detailed plan that enables mining operations at the graphite deposit in Nunasvaara by 16 May 2025.

The government has subsequently extended the deadline for Kiruna municipality so that the detailed plan must be adopted by 16 June 2025 at the latest.

Now the government notes that it is not possible for the municipality to adopt the current detailed plan in time because the municipality has put the detailed plan out for review during the period 11 June to 14 July 2025. This means that the municipality does not comply with the planning order.

The Government has therefore, with the support of Chapter 11. Section 16 of the Planning and Building Act has decided that the County Administrative Board shall, at the municipality's expense, produce a proposal for a detailed development plan.

The County Administrative Board shall report the proposal for a detailed development plan to the Government Offices as soon as possible. A decision to adopt the detailed plan can then be made by the Government.

Thank you blonde aussie! Do I read this right that the Government beats the Kiruna County with a pair of railroad tracks and denies them the opportunity to generate any more delays? And instead instructs the administrative board to go ahead without further analysis or changes?

Yes. I am totally floored by this. The planning order clearly stated the plan had to the adopted by 16 June, but I assumed the drift to Oct/Nov adoption would just be accepted, based on the tolerance of the planning and legal system abuses to date.

But evidently the government have grown tired of it, and the CRM project status is now showing its worth.

What an end to the week. Onwards and upwards from here!
