As expected 🤷🏻‍♂️ another pump from gamblers etc… if they don’t bring out some massive news next few days… 🙋🏻‍♂️ adios 20 cent

We need a piece of news that renders the quarterly report irrelevant. That’s all… If not, we’ll continue to tremble like we have in recent years… only now with the added uncertainty of what will happen to our shares after a successful move into the U.S. market, and what the share price will be then
Do not despair, the news flow has only started. Expect news to accelerate from here.
There has been numerous client and tech validation events since Sept'24.
There has been a real step up in news since Jauary'25.

IT Boltwise positions >itself< as an AI news blog, but is significantly smaller compared to the top 25 portals mentioned below and plays a subordinate role in the reach comparison. The written arcticle based on assumptions from Chat-GPT and just play with "dreams".... but you all know, if people like what they hear, they picture positive images in their brains  regardles realism.

The following high-reach portals have dominated the general IT and tech media sector in Germany for years:
  1. Chip Online: By far the tech portal with the widest reach in Germany
  2. Computerbild: Remains consistently in second place
  3. heise online: In third place, with stable reach
  4. Giga and Golem: Also among the top 5 tech media

These portals report widely on IT, technology and, increasingly, artificial intelligence. There is actually no separate category for specialized AI and AI websites in the general reach rankings. However, the major tech portals (see above) have their own AI sections and thus achieve the greatest reach in German-speaking countries.

The following table might be 10 years old but it shows the sources of information that are still relevant today.... maybe in slightly different order.

Nevertheless IT-Boltwise is a serious, German-language news source with a focus on AI and robotics, which presents current developments in an understandable way and is therefore particularly attractive to a general audience interested in technology... but the article about BrainChip seems to me, let's say an Chat-GPT generated dream which we all want to happen... and we kind off bet on that by buying shares. 😎

Source: https://t3n.de/news/deutschen-top-25-tech-medien-netz-666374/
Everything is correct and I don't want to make anything bigger out of it than it is. I was asked, looked in a hurry and answered.
I was still surprised that this portal was at the top of Google for our technology that week and not the other portals. This is of course because Botwise is very focussed and notices things that the other bigger magazines don't even seem to know about. I think it's in our favour. One million readers in this specific field is not a little but a lot, I would think. And if he can do this efficiently with GPT, then that speaks in favour of his approach.

The focus of the others is also ~elsewhere. Chip online is particularly strong in the end consumer sector. But how many Brainchip products are there that we can buy?
For the tech-savvy and those who need the knowledge professionally, I put Heise way ahead of Chip. That's why I said that if Heise reports about Akida, then Brainchip has arrived here in people's heads.

Thanks for your effort, but I don't want to turn Botwise into something it is not.
I am/was not fond of all the generated articles and have uncovered such a portal here in the past, whose articles have caused applause.

Times have changed and not only what people type manually is true and correct or worth something. If this innovation award winner uses disruptive technology to report about another disruptive technology as efficiently as possible, then that speaks in favour of his approach.
Who knows about every specific field or has an employee who does? For me, if it is generated, it would be a very good example of how new technology like GPT can help to report on something that would not have been possible before. It increases the reach and that's good for Brainchip and us, isn't it?

Unfortunately, news/partnerships/Deals come before revenue.
As partnerships lead to deals the SP will grow before revenue hits the account.
I guess that is why we can still accumulate at reasonable prices.
Keep the puke bag handy because revenue might be a while yet :)

Yes Manny I am starting to get excited.
This time next year I'll be really excited.
The year after that I will be super excited.
The year after that I will be ecstatic.
No one said this life changing technology would be a get rich quick scheme ...... or did they... Pantene.
I personally believe that the snowball is gathering speed.
Have a nice week to all.

On 27 February 2025, the Company announced it was evaluating the possibility of redomiciling to the United States.

The Board has not yet made a formal decision on the matter but wanted to raise the possibility of redomiciling with shareholders to ascertain their reaction and to explain

some of the perceived benefits to shareholders.

Should the Board decide to proceed with a redomiciling of the Company, it would most likely result

in delisting from the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) and simultaneously listing on a US-based securities exchange. Prior to this occurring, the matter would require the approval of shareholders and Australian courts.

The Board is committed to acting in the best interests of all shareholders and if it decides to pursue redomiciling, it will put the matter to a formal vote of all shareholders later this year.

Acting in the shareholders interest I think not.
Even a fool can see that all this rubbish of going to the US market is a distraction to keep people from asking the real questions and that’s IP sales and revenue.

This is my point: do you genuinely believe this is real?

They’ll spend half the AGM discussing this topic while avoiding the real questions. Nobody in their right mind would move to the US market with BRN’s current fundamentals.

In all shareholders’ interests, he should stop putting these comments in the 4C and avoid setting this up as a topic at the AGM, which will waste shareholders’ valuable time trying to get the real questions answered.

BrainChip Collaborates with Chelpis-Mirle on Security Solution

It starts with AKIDA 1000. Then on to GEN2/TENNs.
"The M.2 card is based on a design from BrainChip along with an agreement to purchase a significant number of AKD1000 chips for qualification and deployment. Upon completion of this phase, Chelpis is planning to increase its commitment with additional orders for the AKD1000."
“Akida’s ability to efficiently provide cyber-security acceleration with energy efficiency can help secure autonomous robotic devices,” said Sean Hehir, CEO of BrainChip."
Looks like they are also looking at GEN2/TENNs.
"Mirle plans to build autonomous quadruped robotics that mimic the movement of four-legged animals for industrial/factory environments. To enable this vision, Chelpis is exploring BrainChip’s advanced Akida™ IP to incorporate advanced visual GenAI capabilities in the proposed SoC design. "
My bold
“Akida’s innovative approach to supporting LLMs and GenAI algorithms could serve as a key contributor to Chelpis as they pursue government funding to develop their SoC and advance their industrial robotic initiatives.”.
It looks like we could have a good future with Chelpis-Mirle.

Hi Manny,
If I’m reading this correctly, it looks like our business model has shifted back to being a chip supplier(or is this in the short term only) which, personally, I always thought was the right direction to gain market traction.
Any way excellent news BRN, keep up the good work team.

Well said. It's absolutely a distraction. No company in their right mind would seriously be considering a move to the US with the share price where it is, and the consolidation it would require (right now for Nasdaq it would be a 25:1 consolidation).

BRN have definitely achieved their goal.. get people all worked up about a re-domicile, so shareholders don't look too hard at things and still approve the rem report! And I agree, the AGM will probably be taken up with questions about re-domicile, rather than important questions like remuneration and deals!

Also, to say they did this to gauge shareholder opinion.. have they heard of employing a company to call shareholders and f*cking ask them! Bunch of idiots.

“The tech landscape is shifting rapidly as major players unveil cutting-edge innovations. Huawei's Ascend 910C and BrainChip's Akida Pico chips challenge Nvidia's dominance with high-performance, energy-efficient solutions. Meanwhile, India's Tata Group is building its first semiconductor plant, and the US is accelerating chip production.”

We taped out a load of AKIDA 1000 chips in November 2021. See link.
The fact that we still apparently have heaps left in 2025 tells us just how long the shift to the Edge is taking and the length of engagements.
We also taped out a heap of Akida 1500 chips at a later date.
When those chips run out they will need to IP them or maybe upgrade to IP of Gen2/TENNS.
The decision was made that Gen2/TENNs would only be available on IP.
It's amazing/ironic etc how the public believes things are changing so fast yet it will be a least 4 or more years after taping out that AKIDA1000 will be selling in reasonable volumes to end consumers. For regulated industries eg some Auto and Health it will be longer.

Had a chance to email Steve Liebeskind today via email supplied, it took him 2 min to return my email, after having a chat to him I am 100% glad I voted for him. His concerns i feel properly reflect current shareholders concerns, no wonder the Current Directors dont want him on the board. He has a honest concern about the direction this company has taken over the last five years. He will be thorn in the current directors sides I feel. He I feel is chasing accountability at all levels. His concerns are valid ie the unnecessary foreign exchange loss in the last quarter. Which current directors deemed acceptable to loose a couple of million of shareholders money. So quickly swept under the carpet nothing to see here hope no one mentions again especially at the AGM. Give him a yell you may be suprised. The question I forget to ask is would he be willing to instigate a shareholder loss of confidence vote on T Dawe as the IR department head. If Management and directors are not reading the room by the votes already cast well god help us all. I believe PVDM should abstain from this vote. If you have concerns now’s you’re chance, management have clearly shown they don’t give a fuck about shareholders. Don’t be fooled by the uptick in small news items being conveniently released by management to hopefully cool the air at the AGM. AS soon as the agm is over it will be the cone of silence again back to their old routine.

If successful, Steve will be there representing shareholders. Something that has been missing from BRN for a long time. He's not afraid to ask questions (eg previous AGMs about Manny's 8,000,000 shares). Here's hoping more people get on board, and vote for him.
