Good man Jakob you've just bumped the price up
AVZ would be batshit crazy to stop ICC/ICSID until money is in the bank. We’ve been burnt by promises too many times
I can see the error of my ways, and I accept I have zero logical thoughts! Please do enlighten us all J. What have you come across in said upcoming offer? What have those more enlightened told you? Do we all need to brace?I know there was no point where any logical thought occurred. My question was rhetorical.
Have I read much else you ask? Well, I have read enough to know that the Avenger's post that you originally quoted referred to $29.75b gross revenue for the LIFE OF THE MINE. Therefore there would be no intelligent reason to multiply that figure by 29.
I am on the light side. I am excited by what figure we might ACTUALLY get, not made up figures with no bearing in reality or logic.
I must say it is ironic that you question my constructive input, the best things I could post and what I have read, given your own recent posts.
As it happens I read a fair bit. I read a lot more than I write. I ask key questions to those who may have valuable information (this post is not one of those times).
Maybe in these discussions I have come across more information than you about the upcoming offer.
And where have everyone else's expectations come from?Probably anyone with a brain
When the revenue figure of $840b (or $300b for that matter) in your post was SO far away from anyone else's expectation, was there ever a point in the thought process where you went...hang on...there might be a fundamental error in the methodology/calculation here?

Unless trump wants to dig up Manono with his own tools, he's going to need a legitimate mining firm involved. Those firms are beholden to ICSID decisions.Have to say it and really interested to get some insight outside of the screaming troll responses that usually accompany any significant questions that are hurty. If trump is tearing agreements with EU and withdrawing from agreements. What’s stopping him and crew from just taking this at DRCs opinion that these courts don’t exist and neither does our “good legal title” what would make them honour our first right of refusal?
Once money hits our Australian bank account only then should we drop cases.... as even when money is in escrow on a completed transaction, it still seems problematic for us.Absolutely 100%
I have it on good authority that the dropping of ICC/ICSID cases has been designated as the very "last" item to be executed in the series of events to complete the Manono transaction
And this specifically only occurs "after" proceed funds have been distributed to all AVZ shareholders and the booking of my holiday to Abruzzo, Umbria and Puglia is completed and flights and accommodation confirmed......

I think that's sort of what I was saying.... "And this specifically only occurs "after" proceed funds have been distributed to all AVZ shareholders"Once money hits our Australian bank account only then should we drop cases.... as even when money is in escrow on a completed transaction, it still seems problematic for us.
We all know what happens to money in escrow … even remotely connected to the DRCOnce money hits our Australian bank account only then should we drop cases.... as even when money is in escrow on a completed transaction, it still seems problematic for us.
Thanks mate sincerely!Unless trump wants to dig up Manono with his own tools, he's going to need a legitimate mining firm involved. Those firms are beholden to ICSID decisions.
