AI’s next opportunity is capability | The Australian

Extract :-“ Intelligence at the edge

BrainChip Holdings (ASX:BRN) offers a different capability angle. Rather than building facilities, BrainChip develops neuromorphic processors designed for edge AI applications, allowing intelligence to run locally in devices rather than centrally in hyperscale facilities.

That positioning aligns with a structural shift toward decentralised AI. If inference increasingly occurs in vehicles, industrial systems, defence platforms or connected devices, value migrates from pure centralised compute toward distributed intelligence.

Commercial traction remains developing. But the strategic exposure is to capability, not construction.

Nice reads, but let’s be honest: whatever we post here…whether it’s positive about BrainChip or AI in general…doesn’t move the stock one bit. Price action keeps doing the opposite. Every “ray of hope” post seems to be followed by a dump… and the shorters celebrate.

We thought this would be our year. We’re almost one-sixth into it already, and it somehow looks worse than a decade ago…even after all the technological progress and partnerships.

And honestly, the whole Daimler episode hurt BrainChip’s reputation as a stock: the pump, then the dump… it left a bad taste for the market.

Every day it feels like we’re playing stock-market Russian roulette… either we get a big piece of news that catapults us higher… or we get nothing… and that just drags us further down.

I was watching the comparison of the same event a year ago and the progress since then is unbelievable. I’d say we’ve got some serious competition out there.
They were speaking about TENNs and that's a BRN invention.

Who do you particular have in mind when you say serious competition?

I’m referring to whoever are already building all these unbelievable robots we’ve been seeing lately

There has been a lot of speculation about Akida’s role in deep space, but we finally have a "smoking gun" regarding the hardware integration.

NASA has officially greenlit a project specifically to interface BrainChip’s Akida with MRAM (Magnetoresistive Random Access Memory) to solve the "Memory Wall" for long-term space missions. Why this is a game-changer:1. Continuous Learning: Traditional Flash memory wears out (approx. 1M cycles). For a robot or satellite to learn 24/7 in space without a cloud connection, it needs memory that won't die.2. MRAM Integration: By using Numem’s radiation-tolerant MRAM, Akida can now "learn" and update its synaptic weights indefinitely.3. Radiation Immunity: Unlike standard chips, this hybrid setup is designed to withstand the brutal radiation environments of the Lunar and Martian surfaces. The Official Link:You can find the project details on the NASA TechPort (Project #125677). It explicitly states:"Numem proposes... to create an interface system with MRAM which can connect with AKIDA Neuromorphic Processor from Brainchip to either limit or replace FLASH operations with

I understand now, or at least I think so, LOL.

Yes, robotics are moving forward at crazy speeds and I find it scary.

You can soon have them as bodyguards in some countries I think, but I don't trust them personally.

If there is a glitch, and you use them in as an example, a kindergarten the consequences could be tragic.

By using AKD in robotics and drones, you are getting huge power savings and that's a very good selling point.

He indeed does appear in the top 20 shareholder list, which makes me wonder what he might know that we don’t…he seems pretty comfortable.
What I don’t get is: why is he posting on HC at all? Why would he care about small retail chatter?
Could it be a fake account made by bashers to mock the situation? Or is he starting to realize his position is getting riskier and is trying to influence sentiment?

What do you think?

I was going to post it on this forum too but anyways thanks for sharing it here.

And I can confirm that it's a genuine post from a genuine holder.

Thanks for your reply.

Many of us here are strong long-term holders, but we still struggle to understand why the market isn’t reacting to the positive technology progress and partnerships the way we might have hoped.

I’m not convinced that “lack of revenue” alone explains it…markets price the future, and it’s hard to think of a bigger “future market” than Edge AI.

What reasons do you see for the disconnect? And what, specifically, makes you personally so confident?

Thanks in advance.

Edit .. what are your thoughts about the whole “Sean should go” topic… in which I personally don’t see any reason why he should…
Thanks

I hope I’ll get an answer… I also want to start using lines like these in other forums someday like …

“I used to be desperate …my spend on stocks and funds kept going up, while my returns kept going down… until I finally started following Bhatla….”

I remember when we all fell in love with brainchip years ago (me as a silent reader) like little children with big eyes full of hope to skyrocket… without even a clear roadmap partner or anything…

The only thing that will move the dial is revenue and deals we’ve all seen this too many times

I guess the reality is we have 3 more quarters and in any one of them it stands to reason we are going to recieve the well over due announcements of mass production in something. My old car number plate was BR8O26. So iam betting August 😆 That's all I got .
