If they can't twist it just how they'd like it here, they always have the after trade auction, and if it's still not to the beot's liking they will do an "adjustment" after hours.

Their patents relate to RERAM analog or hybrid analog/digital.

Interestingly, the patents are filed only in China, so, worst comes to worst, we can copy. But it also indicates a low level of confidence in "inventiveness". Possibly something to do with Chinese labour laws.
